I am very glad to receive your inquiry email. We are very interested in this project. We can provide the notarized Chinese into English translation service. Our company provides an online service whereby you can send me the digital document of the birth certificate.
The rate to translate the certificate from Chinese into English is about CAD xx per certificate, including translation, proofreading typesetting as the same style of the original files, and translation affidavit with notary's official signature and stamp. It will cost about 1 or 2 days.
About the delivery of the notarized translation hard copy, if you need it to be sent to an address in Toronto, it is about CAD 20.
