2.Quotation of notarization for a commercial contract between Chinese and Iran
Dear Iran Customer,
I am very glad to receive your inquiry email. We are very interested in this project. We can provide the services of translation and Notarization by notary public office in China.
But you should give me your detail requirements.
If your need is true copy notarization to certify that the duplicate copy is in conformity with the original of the aforesaid sale of goods contract. The notarization price will be USD xxx per copy notary certificate. It will cost about 2 or 3 business days.
If your need is to certify the authenticity of the contract and the authenticity of the signatures of the parties to the contract, the notarization price will be USD xx per copy notary certificate. Beside this you need pay the translation fee from English into Chinese. The translation rate is USD 0.xx per English word. The translation will cost about 2 or 3 days and the notarization procedure will cost also about 2 or 3 business days. Total time will be 5 or 6 days.
You need not come to our notary office in person and we can do this via email. You need send the scanned copy of the contract and the scanned copy of your passport front page, the scanned copy of business license of the Chinese company and scanned copy of the legal person's ID card.
