1. Documents to be submitted for notarization by mandate
(1) ID card (Military ID, passport, etc.), household register;
(2) If the client and the agent is spousal relationship, to provide marriage certificate or confirmation letter of conjugal relation.
(3) The original or copy of ID card of trustee;
(4) Supporting documents related to items of trust (for commissioned agents to buy or sell housing, provide the housing ownership rights certificate. For commissioned agents to handle notarization for the right of inheritance, provide certificate related to the right of inheritance. For the sub-entrustment party who applies for the notarization of sub-entrustment, provide certificate related to sub-entrustment right).
(5) Letter of proxy (provide letter of proxy in accordance with requirements if there are any special requirements and otherwise please refer to the sample of letter of proxy in the unload center of our website);
(6) Other documents to be submitted in the viewpoint of notary.
2. Notes to notarization by mandate
(1) Apply for notarization by mandate in the notarization institution in the domicile of trustor or in the place of act of commission.
(2) The notarization by mandate will be disposed by the trustor in the notarization institution in person.
3. Fee of notarization by mandate
RMB200.00 per case and RMB10.00 per copy
