Empolis, a service technology developer, will integrate the automated translation software of Language Weaver into its customer service and information management applications.
Integration of the
translation software into empolis:Service Lifecycle Suite (e:SLS) and into empolis:Information Access Suite (e:IAS) will enable empolis's clients to carry out cross-lingual enterprise search.
The e:SLS application enables service organisations to provide relevant answers to customer queries made via telephone, email, fax, letter, internet, voice self-service and technical field service. The e:IAS information management application supports creation and search of content.
