Stage
#1: Briefing Project Manager assesses the scale of the translation task at the reception of your document. Stage #2: Quotation The quotation is available in details for translation, including statistics concerning translation/localization services required. What to do next for us is just your approval. Stage #3: Delegation At the reception of source file(s), Project Manager assigns it to the competent translator or team. In the process of translation done by the first translator, intercommunication is enhanced concurrently with respect to further clarification upon issues as terminologies. Stage #4: Review Then, the translation is sent to the second translator or team for reviewing, proof-reading and checking if there is any inconsistencies, whilst you will keep informed of the progress of project. Stage #5: Delivery Finally, the translation is verified by the Project Manager and delivered to you for your confirmation if it satisfies you of any expectation. Changes, if any, are implemented after you have reviewed the files Stage #6: Follow up At completion, all documents will be kept in database for a full year and we will send you a questionnaire and await your feedback. |

| Final Thoughts:Your Input | |||
We believe there are a number of ways in which your approach to the project can help or hinder us in providing better services. Realistic deadlines:Give us the time to get it right, so we can do it right Provide all supporting materials at your earliest convenience: Any unnecessary delay can easily be avoided by adhering to this simple rule. Clear description of duty: Specify or express what you expect in detail as possible. The more we understand your needs, the better we can serve you. Consideration of the target audience: This involves questions such as: Is the target audience using French (France) or French (Canadian)? Is a local dialect or a common language more understandable? Is it accustomed to the simplified style of writing or traditional? Internal review: If an internal review fails to be done by yourself, it is recommended to ask a friend or a language master among your colleagues to carry out such review on the regulation. ?As the translation is yours, you are the only one who has the final say concerning whether or not it meets your expectations. |
