As Product Manager and as person in charge of Customer Engineering Area. That Engineering , is the one that concerns about the design of Data or Voice solutions for the needs of the customers. And it also has strong tasks as Telecommunication Consultant, with a strong commercial and technical component. Then, as the Product Manager, I was responsible for the creation and designing of the new network products. Also Special Projects Designer like: hotels network WAN/LAN data and voice Design, ISP designer, Intelligent Buildings designer. Wireless, Satellite , fiber optic.

AT&T TELECOMMUNICATIONS. (March 1999_September 2000)
At IGN tasks. The I Global Network used to be of IBM, then it was sold to AT&T. Then I was the responsible for the Global Network Services for my country: support, installations, customer satisfaction, QoS , at the functions detailed below.

BELL Canada. (August 1998_March 1999)
Installing and supporting ANTEL's data network. : Cisco, Rad, Cabletron Data network, Motorola, IBM. ANTEL: is the stately and mayor local PTT in the country. Tele-Systems. 6 h. at Bell Canada and 6 h at IBM, by day.

I.B.M. (1993_September 2000)
At the Computer Centre. Like person in charge of networks and telecommunications that happens physically through IBM: IBM indoor, IBM inside company, IBM inside the country, IBM with other countries. Data transmission, voice, data and voice multiplexers, VoIP, PBX also (Nortel Networks Telecom., Lucent, Siemens) and their links. Prevision, Dimensioning, WAN network Engineering.
