Accomplishments
 Project Management. Coordinated and supervised more than 100 projects with loans of more than 3 billion US dollars financed by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and foreign countries on agriculture, public health, forestry, environment, infrastructure, transport, energy, social development, education and industry, etc., by identifying projects, appraising project feasibilities, negotiating with foreign representatives, reviewing bidding documents and loan proceeds withdrawal applications.
 Financial supervision. Supervised state owned property rights and financial risks in local banks, credit cooperatives, securities agents, and trust companies.
 Accounting management. Organized provincial examinations and trainings for accounting professional qualification and technical titles, hosted successfully abacus and mental arithmetic competition which won national second prize for promotion.
 Translations. Served as an interpreter for related leaders of the government and the department during their foreign visits, in charge of interpretation and translation of leaders’ speeches and meeting materials in some major international conferences, fulfilled remarkably varied tasks for reception of foreign affairs and translation.
 Related works. Participated with compiling Meeting the Challenge of  MBA (in English) and Sub-national Government Debt management, etc., completed a number of research reports on international project management, public debt management and financial management, etc., some of which were awarded blue ribbons by the provincial government or the department.
