2014年第三届体育教育和社会管理将于2014年2月20-21日在三亚召开。该会议由香港教育学会和新加坡管理与运动科学研究学会主办，所有录用且注册的论文将由" Singapore Management and Sports Science Institute(ISSN 2251-3051)"出版并被CPCI-SSH检索，级别高于核心期刊，2011年的第一届ICPESM2011和2012第二届ICPESM2012年所有文章已经在会后3-6个月被CPCI-SSH检索。 投稿中英文均可，但注册时必须有英文题目和英文摘要，以及英文参考文献。

2014 International Conference on Social, Education and Sports(ICSES 2014) will be held in Tianjin, China during March 27-28, 2014. The aim objective of ICSES 2014 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research results and development activities in Management, Busimess,Sports, Education, Economy, Culture, Politics and Social Science. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and a pplication experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.
ICSES 2014 ONLY accepts unpublished research papers. Submitted conference papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers will be published by Atlantis Press, and be online available in full text via the publication platform, then be submited for indexing to Thomson ISI ( ISTP, CPCI-SSH, ISSHP, Web of Science), Google Scholar and SCOPUS.
终稿中英文均可，中文终稿必须有英文题目、英文摘要、英文作者信息、英文参考文献。
The excellent papers presented at the conference (after extension) will be recommended for publishing in some International Journals which are indexed by Scopus, SCI or EI.
