会议背景介绍：  On behalf of the committee for the International Conference on Electrical Engineering 2014, I would like to welcome you for the upcoming conference which will be held from June 15 until June 19, 2014.
The ICEE 2014 will offer opportunities to share the most up-to-date scientific discoveries and innovative products. The ultimate objective is to advance our field of electrical engineering through networking among academia, industry, and affiliated specialists; and to build mutual understanding among colleagues from all over the world.

The scientific program will provide participants with opportunities to exchange the latest information, ideas, and experiences in the field of electrical engineering. Your important contributions of papers and presentations will make the event even more fruitful.
