Nearly 550m2 of flexible meeting space will be provided, divided into Meeting Rooms, Boardrooms and Multi-Function Rooms.

The public toilets and disabled toilet are located in close proximity to the public areas. They will be designed in a light, up-to-date style and be easy to maintain. Fully accessible toilet facilities must be provided adjacent to the main foyer toilets.

Fitness Center  健身中心
The Fitness Center will be a minimum of 60m2 in area with a clear ceiling height no lower than 2.5m. The Fitness Center needs to adjust accordingly in size if the room count exceeds 260 keys.

The entry will be by electronic key card operation. It should have natural daylight and glazing onto the corridor to enhance guest safety.

This area is designated as a guest self-service laundry facility that is located on the lowest guestroom floor. The area is equipped with one or more of the following: washer, dryer, folding table and chair, and an iron and ironing board.

Back of House  操作间
The Back of House is comprised of the delivery areas, kitchen and F&B storage, team facilities, housekeeping (linen), and engineering shop.  Back of House will be about 10% of total building area.

The Back of House links directly to the public areas, and is entirely independent of guest access facilities.

Deliveries and Storage 交付与储存
The Delivery Yard is placed out of view of the guestrooms. Goods are delivered directly into Back of House areas.

Trash is delivered via the Back of House corridor from the Kitchen to a Trash Room, which requires a strict management and hygiene regime, despite physical separation from the clean goods delivery point. A small compactor is located within the trash room. An external compound area is provided. Stores will be equipped with appropriate racking and security devices.

Kitchen and F&B Store 厨房和餐饮储藏
The Kitchen is located to allow immediate access to the Restaurant.  The location will allow for occasional service via the Back of House corridor to the meeting areas and the service lift to the guestroom floors. It will have minimum ceiling height of 3m.

The Kitchen is provided with up to date stainless steel food preparation surfaces and cooking equipment in separate hot and cold zones. It adjoins the F&B store, housing both dry and refrigerated food and beverage storage rooms.

Maintenance and Engineering 维护和工程
An engineering workshop is located in the basement near the ramp. It will be used for furniture repairs and minor electrical and mechanical work. It will be equipped with workbenches, equipment and tools.

Staff Facilities  员工设施
Staff Entrance: The delivery area also serves as the team entrance. Inside the secure entrance a clock-in point and notice board are provided.

Lockers: Male and female staff lockers and toilets are provided near the Housekeeper’s department. They will be used on a shift basis, with one per staff member.  Staff dormitories may be considered for certain locations.

Staff Canteen and Toilets: In addition to any locally required provisions, the team break room will be located beside the main kitchen. It will operate on a self-service system with food provided from the kitchen to a server unit located in the break room. A television and appropriate seating will be provided.
