The project is located at the prime lot of the Administrative Center of Yantai New and Hi-tech Zone, to the east of which, it’s Guanhai Road that connects Yanwei Level 1 Road to the south; to the west of which, it’s a main street connecting Liancheng Road and beltway; to the south of which, it’s Yinhe Road; it connects Binhai Road on the east. With the total land area of 10.6 hectares and the total floor area of 188 thousand square meters, it’s a large-scaled shopping mall integrating shopping, recreation and entertainment. The architectural design is oriented at being recreational, central community-like, comprehensive and high-class, targeted at being international advanced, creating and leading new consumption patterns,  and advocating new cultural and living concepts. The planning is based at the original urban space and network structure, reasonably organizes people stream, traffic stream and landscape, and at the same time constructs the architectural spaces of various forms; with proper dimension, mass and texture, the building enriches itself with the change of outline, and breaks the sense of repression brought by the giant mass; the whole is in concern with the west part, which maintains the continuity of vision, and the proper application of stone, metal and glass curtain wall not only represents the diversity of  functions, but also harmonizes the whole. In the inside two pedestrian streets are taken as the principal axes for the organization of shopping streamline, and the “Tropical Rain Forest Area” functions as the central space, which realizes the perfect integration of the indoor and the outdoor, and shopping and recreation.
