This mixed use project is located in the heart of Dalian's historical centre. The project will rise to a height of 140m. With an above ground area of 90,000 sq.m, comprising of 45,000 sq. m of apartments, 25,000 sq. m of offices, and 20,000 sq. m of mixed-use podium.
该综合性项目位于大连历史广场的中心。项目建成后将达到140米的高度。地面面积为90,000平方米，包括面积达45,000平方米的住宅区和面积25,000平方米的办公区，以及面积达到20,000平方米的综合用途平台。
The form of the building is dictated by the constraints of the site such as the direct views on neighboring office towers and shadows cast by the high rise apartment tower. The chosen geometrics help the project stand out of the regular city plan and create dramatic edges, giving the tower a strong presence at every end of the site.
建筑的形式由其所在场地的条件所决定，例如在建筑上可以直接观赏周边办公大厦的景色，同时高耸入云的公寓楼也在建筑上投下别致的阴影。精心选择的几何形图案使项目在常规城市规划中格外引人注目，创造出戏剧化的边缘效果，使大厦在场地的每一端都有着极强的存在感。
The podium is divided into an indoor commercial street on the east that connects the front street to the north corner through a series of small support retail facilities.
平台被分成两大部分，东部是一个室内商业街，它连接着前方大道和北角，其间点缀着一串小型的配套零售设施。
The western half of the podium has a formal feel to it with a large atrium that leads to the elevator lobby. The upper levels include support facilities for the offices such as a restaurant and shared meeting facilities.
平台的西半部分给人感觉较为正式，通过一个较大的中庭连接到电梯厅。上面的楼层主要包括办公区的配套性设施，如餐厅和可以分享的会议设施。

This development on the outskirts of Beijing, on the main tourist rout to the Great Wall will be the largest fully enclosed retail / entertainment mall in the world. The complex will include 800’000 square meters each of retail spaces and entertainment facilities. The design concept intermix retail and entertainment components generating cross traffic to benefit all uses.
该开发项目位于北京市郊区,坐落于通往长城的主要旅游路线上，建成后将成为世界上最大的全封闭式零售/娱乐购物中心。建筑楼群将包括800,000平方米的零售区和800,000平方米的娱乐设施区。设计理念将零售和娱乐因素融合在一起，使两大功能区交错互通，方便充分发挥建筑群的所有功能。
Entertainment themes include Space & Technology, The Eco-zone, Sports, and Mediapolis. The Retail malls are lightly themed to reflect the entertainment zones.

The development will provide 7’000 surface car parking spaces as well as pedestrian links to the neighbouring rapid transit rail system.
