This office tower is currently under construction right by the entrance of the new Deshengmen development zone right in the heart of Beijing at the starting point of the main highway to the Great wall.

One of the main challenges when working on this project was to create a unique identity for the project while integrating with the historical backdrop set by Beijing Desheng gate.

The project was design with two fa?ade types; one system was more open and light while the other system was more solid and “closed”. For this project we were commissioned to develop an entire district for the newly planned Jinhai City.
