This large master planning project is located in the heart of Tianjin economic development zone and is to be developed into a main hub for outsourcing companies.

The planning concept revolves around two major concepts, efficiency and friendly working environment. The efficiency is achieved by dividing the planning area into equal p[lots maximizing the use of the land and allowing for a flexible development.

规划理念主要围绕两大主题，即效率和友好的工作环境。为了追求效率，规划区被划分成为面积相等的数个分区，以最大程度地利用土地，并实现较为灵活的发展。

 

To improve the working environment we planned a long green belt right through the site giving access to the park to each and every plot.

为了提高工作环境的条件，我们规划了一条通过整个场地的较长的绿化带，在每个分区都有连接公园的通道。

 

This office tower is currently under construction right by the entrance of the new Deshengmen development zone right in the heart of Beijing at the starting point of the main highway to the Great wall.

该办公大楼项目目前还在建设之中，它位于北京中心地区的新德胜门开发区的入口处，正处在通往长城的主要高速公路的起点。

 

One of the main challenges when working on this project was to create a unique identity for the project while integrating with the historical backdrop set by Beijing Desheng gate.

开发该项目的一个主要的挑战就是在使其融入北京德胜门所带来的厚重历史背景的同时，还要创造出该项目独一无二的特性。

 

The project was design with two fa?ade types; one system was more open and light while the other system was more solid and “closed”. By working out the relationships between these two systems we were able to control very accurately the direction and the nature of the openings on the building ultimately creating a dialog between the new tower and the Desheng gate.

该项目设计了两种外观类型：一种更为开放和轻巧，而另一种则相对厚重和“封闭”。在努力体现这两种外观类型之间的联系时，我们得以非常精确地控制建筑物内各个开口的方向和特性，最终创造出新的办公大楼和德胜门之间如新老对话般巧妙的联系。

 

 

For this project we were commissioned to develop an entire district for the newly planned Jinhai City.

在本项目中，我们被委托开发新规划的金海城的整个区域。

 

The total planning area is about five square kilometers and will include industrial development as well as cultural institutions and large commercial areas to support the residents.

整个规划面积为五平方公里，开发内容包括工业开发，文化机构和大型的商业区以作为周边用户的配套设施。

 

The main design concept was to take advantage of the existing water system to improve communication within the new district and allow for a more compact design by reducing the footprint of the raod system. The existing river system is to be channeled through an uninterrupted canal system that will allow the residents to use boat shuttles as an additional mean of transportation.

设计理念主要利用了目前的供水系统，来提高新区内的互通和交流，同时通过减少道路系统的足印，体现了一种更为简洁的设计。通过畅通的运河系统对目前的河道系统进行疏浚，以便居民将船只作为一种新的交通运输工具穿梭往返。
