On the Problem of Painting
对所有涂漆缺陷的地方都进行重新涂漆,对所有焊缝飞溅焊瘤处理不到位的地方重新打磨涂漆涂漆要求如下:
All places with painting blemish shall be re-painted, and all the places with poorly-treated welding line, spatter and welding flash shall be re-polished and re-painted. And the requirements on painting shall be as follows:
(一)  首先对所有不合格涂漆的地方重新清理,涂漆前应打磨(用动力工具或者砂纸)所有锐边、尖角、切割面和焊缝等处,去除表面的焊渣、飞溅物、毛刺等表面缺陷。
(I) firstly, re-clean all the places poorly painted, and polishing is required before painting (with power tools or abrasive paper). On all sharp edges, pointed angles, cutting facets and welding lines, all surface defects such as welding slag, spatter, and burrs on the surface shall be got rid of.
(二)  按50DZ涂漆技术条件对所有不合格涂漆地方进行喷涂,具体如下
(II) To paint where poorly in accordance with 50DZ painting technical specifications, as follows: 
1. 涂漆环境要求相对湿度在85%以下,金属基体表面温度高于露点3℃以上,环境温度不低于5℃,环境达不到该要求时,不得涂漆施工。
1.It’s required for the painting environment that relative humidity is under 85%, the surface temperature of metal base shall be 3℃ or more than 3℃ higher than dew-point temperature, environment humidity shall not be lower than 5℃. When the requirements on environemnt can’t be met, painting shall not be started.

2.油漆的调配应按照油漆生产厂家的要求进行,并在要求混合寿命时间内使用完。

3.喷涂前应对所有边、角、孔、狭小面、焊缝、自由边等部位进行手工刷涂,经检验合格后再进行喷涂作业。

4.喷涂后一涂层前,应对前一涂层检查,清除前一涂层的流挂、油污、水分、灰尘等缺陷和污物后,才可施工;同时,后一涂层的覆涂间隔应满足油漆生产厂家的要求,如果超过最大覆涂间隔需对表面进行拉毛处理。
4. Before painting the next coating, the previous coating shall be checked, to get rid of the defects and dirts of the previous coating such as sags, oil, water and dust, and then painting can be started; at the same time, the interval between coatings shall be as required by the paint manufacturer, the surface shall be gigged if the interval is greater than the maximum one.
5.对焊接烧损、磕碰等造成的漆膜损坏,应在漆膜完全固化后,采用动力工具对漆膜破损和松动处进行打磨,达GB/T8923-88标准规定的St3级的要求,然后采用相同的油漆进行补涂,达到要求干膜厚度,并不得有明显的色差和疤痕。
5. For the paint film damages caused by welding overfiring or collision, power tools shall be used to polish where paint film is damaged or loosened after the paint film is totally cured to meet the requirements of level St3 as specified by GB/T8923-88 Standard, and the same paint shall be used to touch up to reach the required thickness of dry film, and no clear color aberration or spot is allowed.
6.涂层表面不得有漏涂、流挂、桔皮、脱皮、气泡、针孔等缺陷,产品表面不同颜色油漆交界处,界线必须平整、清晰,在没有特殊规定时不得有不规则的互相交错线。
6. Defects on the coating surface such as holiday, sagging, skim, spalling, bubble, and pinhole etc are not allowed. On the junction of paints of different colors on the product’s surface, the junction line has to be flat and clear, and irregular crossed lines are not allowed if not otherwisely regulated.

所有油漆基料、稀释剂、固化剂等,要求采用上海“国际”牌油漆,对铅、镉、铬等重金属的含量应符合美国相关要求。以下各种涂料所需稀释剂、固化剂等按照生产厂家要求配套选取。
For all base materials of paint, diluent and curing agent etc, Shanghai “International” Paint shall be used; the heavy metal content such as lead, cadmium and chromium shall be compliant with the related requirements of USA. The diluent and curing agent required by the following paints shall be selected and matched as required by their manufacturers.

关于焊接变形和撞击变形问题
On the Problem of deformation due to welding and collision
1. 对于一些斜撑或者撑杆之类的变形,采用热矫正的方法,加热部分严禁超过650°C,加热后对变形部位进行重物或者用拉链施加外力,适当进行锤击来矫正变形。当加热后的钢材温度高于315°C时,严禁加速冷却。
1. Some deformation of diagonal bracing or bracing rod, heat straightening shall be adopted. The heat of the heated part shall not be greater than  650°C. External forces shall be applied on the deformed part after heating with weight or zipper, and hammering can be used properly for straightening. When the steel’s temperature is higher than 315°C after heating, accelerated cooling is forbidden.
2. 对于箱体连接耳座部位主梁的焊接变形,建议采取以下两种措施,最好采取加强板加强
2. For the deformation of girder on the connecting part of chamber and lug due to welding, the following 2 measures are suggested, and it’d be better to use reinforcement plate for reinforcement.
a.在焊接H型钢部分变形部位焊接加强板,加固焊接H型钢强度。
a.To weld reinforcement plate on the deformed part of welded H beam, to reinforce the strength of welded H beam.
b.如果进行矫正,不能单独进行矫正,因为耳座焊接时是配焊而成,如果单独矫正可能引起装配困难或装不上,建议底座箱体装配后对主梁进行矫正。采用热矫直的方法,对变形部位进行加热,加热采用三角形加热法,翼板加热区域为矩形,腹板加热区域为三角形,见示意图,加热部分严禁超过650°C,加热后对变形部位进行重物或者用拉链施加外力,适当进行锤击来矫正变形。当加热后的钢材温度高于315°C时,严禁加速冷却。利用测温仪严格监视加热温度,严禁加热部分超过650°C,防止钢材组织发生变化。
b.Straightening shall not be done alone, as lug welding is matching welded. Separate straightening may cause difficult installation or failed installation, so it is suggested girder is straightened after base chamber has been installed. Hot straightening shall be applied to heat the deformed part and triangle heating method shall be adopted. The wing plate heating area is a rectangle and the web plate heating area is a triangle, as shown in the Illustration. The temperature of the heated part shall not be higher than 650°C. External forces shall be applied on the deformed part after heating with weight or zipper, and hammering can be used properly for straightening. When the steel’s temperature is higher than 315°C after heating, accelerated cooling is forbidden. Thermo-detector shall be used to strictly monitor the heating temperature, and the temperature of the heated part shall not be higher than 650°C in case steel’s organization changes.
