2.2.4 试验设备Test equipment
试验设备见表3.1-1。  Test equipments see table 3.1-1.
2.2.5 试验方法  Test method
试验测点:Mc1车、Tp1车、M1车、M2车、Tp2车、Mdi车、T2车、M4车制动缸和空簧压力,M4车的电机电流,制动初速度、制动距离、制动时间、平均减速度以及动车Mc1和拖车Tp1的闸片温度。
Testing points: braking cylinders and air spring pressures of car Mc1, car Tp1, car M1, car M2, car Tp2, car Mdi, car T2 and car M4; motor current, initial braking speed, braking distance, braking time and average speed of car M4; brake piece temperature of motor car Mc1 and trailer car Tp1.
试验时动车组以预定的速度惰行进入试验区段后,制动控制器手柄迅速置预定的制动级位,实施制动直至停车。
During the test, quickly place the braking controller handle at the preset braking stage and apply braking until stopping after the MU is idle running into the testing region with the preset speed.
如果试验不可能在一段绝对平直的线路上进行,则所选的直线轨道的坡度不应超过±4 mm/m,且制动初速度V与制动目标速度V0之差不应超±3km/h。测得的制停距离L与平直线路或V0值之间的偏差用下式修正:
If the test can not be conducted at an absolute straight rail, the slope of the selected straight rail should not be more than ±4mm/m, and the difference between the initial braking speed V and the target braking speed V0 should not be more than ±3km/h.  The deviation between the measured braking stop distance L and the straight line or the value of V0 should be modified by the following formula:

1)常用制动7级运行试验
Test for common braking seven-staged running
试验工况:复合制动;空气制动(切除电制动)。
Testing conditions: composite braking; air braking (removing electric braking).
试验方法:动车组进入试验区段后,司机控制器手柄置7位,施行常用7级制动(空气制动时需提前切除电制动)。
Testing method: after the MU is running into the testing region, place the driver’s controller handle at seven-staged position, and apply common seven-staged braking (the electric braking should be removed before air braking).
制动初速度:250、200、160km/h,每种工况和速度级各试验三次。
Initial braking speed: 250, 200 and 160km/h, test for three times for each condition and speed level.
2)各级常用制动试验Test for various-staged common braking
试验工况:复合制动;空气制动(切除电制动)。
Testing conditions: composite braking; air braking (removing electric braking).
制动初速度:200、160、140km/h;
Initial braking speed: 200, 160 and 140km/h;
制动初速度200km/h,实行常用6级制动;
Initial braking speed 200km/h, apply common six-staged braking;
制动初速度160km/h,实行常用5级制动;
Initial braking speed 160km/h, apply common five-staged braking;
制动初速度140km/h,实行常用4级制动;
Initial braking speed 140km/h, apply common four-staged braking;
试验方法:动车组进入试验区段后,司机控制器手柄置相应的制动级位(空气制动时需提前切除电制动)。
Testing method: place the driver’s controller handle at corresponding braking stage (the electric braking should be removed before air braking) after MU is running into the testing region.
每一速度级试验一次。
Test one time for each speed level.
3)紧急制动试验Emergency braking test
试验工况:复合制动。Testing conditions: composite braking.
制动初速度:250、200、160km/h。Initial braking speed: 250, 200 and 160km/h;
试验方法:动车组进入试验区段后,司机控制器手柄置8位,实行紧急制动。
Testing method: place the driver’s controller handle at position 8 and apply emergency braking after MU is running into the testing region.
每一速度级进行三次试验。
Test three times for each speed level.
4)安全制动试验 Safety braking test
试验工况:空气制动(切除电制动)。
Testing conditions: air braking (removing electric braking in advance).
制动初速度:250、200、160 km/h。
Initial braking speed: 250, 200 and 160 km/h;
试验方法:动车组进入试验区段后,通过司机室紧急制动按钮实施安全制动。
Testing method: apply safety braking through the emergency braking button in the driver’s cab after MU is running into the testing region.
每一速度级进行一次试验。
Test Once for each speed level.
2.2.6 试验评定Test Evaluation
1)紧急制动试验Emergency braking test
制动距离应符合下述要求:
The braking distance should meet the following requirements:
制动初速度:250 km/h,制动距离不大于3200 m;
Initial braking speed: 250 km/h, braking distance: S≤3,200 m;
制动初速度:200 km/h,制动距离不大于2000 m;
Initial braking speed: 200 km/h, braking distance: S≤2,000 m;
制动初速度:160 km/h,制动距离不大于1400 m;
Initial braking speed: 160 km/h, braking distance: S≤1,400 m;
2)常用制动试验  Test for common braking
动车组复合制动控制功能正常,动车优先使用动力制动,动力制动不足和停止工作时,不足的制动力部分由空气制动进行补充。
The control function of composite braking of MU should be normal. The mortar car should use dynamic braking in priority. If the dynamic braking is insufficient and stopped working, the insufficient part of braking force should be supplemented by air braking.
3)安全制动试验Safety braking test
制动距离满足1)中所列标准。
The braking distance should satisfy the standards listed in clause 1).
2.2.7 试验结果 Test result 
1)常用制动7级运行试验
Test for common braking seven-staged running
常用7级复合制动试验结果见表3.2-1,常用7级空气制动试验结果见表3.2-2;
Please refer to Table 3.2-1 for the testing results of common seven-staged composite braking, and Table 3.2-2 for the testing results of common seven-staged air braking;
2.2.8 试验结论 Test conclusion
1)常用制动试验  Test for common braking
CRH1-E动车组常用制动控制功能正常,试验结果满足试验大纲要求。
The control function of common braking of CRH1-E MU is normal, and the testing results satisfy the requirements of the test outline.
2)紧急制动试验Emergency braking test
动车组各速度级紧急制动距离均小于规定的标准,试验结果满足试验大纲要求。
The emergency braking distances of the MU in all speeds are less than the specified standards, and the testing results satisfy the requirements of the test outline.
3)安全制动试验  Safety braking test
动车组各速度级安全制动距离均小于规定的标准,试验结果满足试验大纲要求。
The safety braking distances of the MU in all speeds are less than the specified standards, and the testing results satisfy the requirements of the test outline.
