(1)海运运输工具：以适航适货为原则，将组织适合在仰光港靠泊并装卸的散货船承担运输任务，配置相应吊力的船吊。

IV. Administrative Measures for Temporary Transfer Station
1.总体要求
1. General Requirements
（1）在接管前40天要完成场地的租赁合同。
(1) The site leasing contract shall be concluded 40 days prior to receiving the steel pipes.
（2）在接管前20天要完成堆场的“三通一平”管垛长为50米、两管垛中心距8米，管垛下底宽不小于0.5米、上底宽不小于0.3米、高度不低于0.3米，管垛两头要设防滚桩或高土堆防止滚管。
(2) The “three connections and one leveling” for the storage yard shall be completed 40 days prior to receiving the steel pipes. The pipe stack is 50 m in length and the central distance between two pipe stacks is 8 m. The width of the lower base of the piled shall not be lower than 50cm. For the upper base, the width and height shall not be lower than 30 cm and 30 cm, respectively. The anti-roll pile or high mound shall be placed in the two ends of the pipe stack to avoid the rolling of the pipes.
（3）按照不同规格的防腐管分别存放，对不合格的防腐管单独存放，并分别做好相关标识，具体执行《管道防腐管卸堆存程序》和《管道防腐管装卸运输保管规范》。
(4) The anticorrosive pipes of different sizes shall be stored in different places. The unacceptable anticorrosive pipes shall be stored separately. All pipes shall be properly marked. The Stacking and Storage Procedures for Anticorrosive Pipes and the Loading/Unloading, Transportation and Storage Procedures for Anticorrosive Pipes shall apply.
（4）管子堆码按规范要求的层数进行堆码，一层管底要有垫料（胶皮、或细纱袋）。
(4) The pipes shall be stacked in the layers as stipulated in the procedures. The pipes placed in the bottom layer shall have cushioning materials (rubber or spinning bag).
（5）堆场杂草要清理干净以防止火灾发生，堆场要设排洪沟。
(5) The weeds in the storage yard shall be cleaned up to prevent fire accident. The tidal channel shall be built in the storage yard.
（6）堆场要摆放室外消防设施一套。
(6) In the storage yard, a set of outdoor fire-fighting facility shall be placed.
（7）要建立HSE管理体系，编制、审批、发布堆场“两书一表”在各堆场运行。
