为双组分乳液型粘结剂，以丙烯酸乳液为主，掺加其它助剂及填充料经特殊工艺合成的膏状体，现场与P.O32.5水泥按比例混合均匀成胶浆状使用。
MET-1 cohesive agent is bicomponent latex cohesion, which is mainly made of Acrylic Latex and mixed with other auxiliary agents and filling materials to form synthetic cream-like substance by special technology. It shall be mixed with P.O32.5 by advised proportion to paste-like sustance on spot before usage.

具有良好的合易性、镘涂性，使用方便；对多种基底和贴材有极强的粘结力，如新旧混凝土、各种砌块、砂浆、EPS板、XPS板、面砖、纸面石膏板等无机人造板材；具有优良的强韧性，从而提高了抗冲击、抗裂性能；具有憎水性和水气透过性，从而使建筑物内多余的水气挥发出来，而水却不能渗入，避免了由水害而造成的空鼓、脱落、开裂、渗漏等工程质量通病；具有突出的耐候性、耐久性、抗老化性能；优于其它聚合物。无毒无味无粉尘污染，属水性环保粘结剂。
Possess good workability, easy trowelling and convenient usage; provide extreme high cohesion for many kinds of the base and attach materials such as new and old concrete, various masonry blocks, mortar, EPS plate, XPS plate, surface brick and gypsum plaster etc. possess high strength and toughness which lead to enhanced anti-impact performance and anti-crack performance; possess hydrophobic nature and water and gas penetration which leads to surplus water and gas contained inside the structure volatilize outside and water could not seep inside and avoid general quality problems such as void, crack, seepage and fall arose from water; possess outstanding endurance, anti-aging performance and weather resistance; better than any other polymers; non-toxic, non-smell and no power pollutant; belong to water-based cohesive agent of environmental protection.
适用范围  Applied scope
新建“工业与民用“建筑及既有房屋节能改造的墙体、屋面、地面等用EPS、XPS板作保温隔热层粘结及抗裂面层专用。
EPS plate and XPS plate are applied for wall, roof and floor of newly-built civil and industrial building and energy conservation reconstruction of existing houses for heat insulation layer cohesion and are exclusive for anti-crack layer.
使用方法  Usage method
△基层粘结  Base cohesion
MET—1粘结剂与水泥P.O32.5按1：1.2（重量）比
Cohesive agent against cement P.O32.5 as 1:1.2 by weight
△抗裂面层  Anti-crack surface layer
MET—1粘结剂与水泥P.O32.5按1：1（重量）比
Cohesive agent against cement P.O32.5 as 1:1 by weight

上述比例混合搅拌均匀。可适量加水调解稠度，稠度适中，易于操作，即可使用。
It shall be evenly mixed according to the proportion mentioned above. Certain water could be added to get medium density and it could be used once it is easy for operation.
△保温层采用挤塑板（XPS）时，挤塑板应预先用专用界面剂处理后使用。
In case of XPS plate applied for heat insulation layer, shall be pre-treated by exclusive interface agent.
△注意  Attention
1）混合均匀的粘结胶浆必须在2小时左右用完，养护期与水泥基材相同；
Evenly mixed cohesive glue shall be used up within 2 hours and curing duration is same as cement;
2）严禁一次性加入过多水泥和水；
No too much cement and water to be added by one time;
