甲方（买方）：Party A(Purchaser):

甲、乙双方就      电站压缩风系统空压机及配套冷干机设备供货一事，经双方友好协商达成如下协议：
Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement on supply of air compressor and mating air dryer for Air Compression System of Power Station through friendly consultation:
一、总则 General Provisions
1、本技术文件适用于 111111         （以下简称甲方）工程项目中的空压机设备，它包括空压站内空压机及配套冷干机后处理设备的功能设计、制造、供货等方面的技术要求。
1.   The technical documents are applicable for the air compressor equipment in engineering projects of 11111111(hereinafter referred to as Party A), which contain technical requirements for function design, manufacturing and supply etc. of air compressor and supplementary air dryer and post-treatment equipment inside the air compression station.
2、 222222 （以下简称乙方）保证提供符合本规范书和有关工业标准和企业标准的优质产品。
2. 222222(hereinafter referred to as Party B) guarantees it will provide high-quality products consistent with the agreement, relevant standards and enterprise standards.
3、在签订合同之后，甲方有权提出因规范、标准、规程发生变化而产生的一些补充要求，具体项目由供需双方共同商定。
3. Party A shall be entitled to put forth requirements for supplementing relevant contents due to changes in norms, standards and regulations. The specific items shall be negotiated and decided by the two parties.
4、乙方对系统设计和设备供货的完整性负责，并对设备使用的可靠性负责。
4. Party B shall be responsible for completeness of system design and equipment supply, and the reliability of the equipment in use.
二、甲方提供的基本条件
