本次设计全线传输系统长途传输网采用SDH-622Mbit/s光同步传输系统设备,接入采用ONU设备。通过新设的20芯光缆构成线路系统和自愈环。主要用于解决区段通信、基层接入通信、各种信息的数字传输通道等。

本次设计在西伯库伦到发场通信站设程控交换机500线,总配线架1000线。区段自动通过传输和接入网接入通信站程控交换机。
SPC exchange (500 lines) and main distributing frame(1000 lines) will be set at ?÷2??a?× receiving-departure yard. Districts will be connected with the SPC exchange at the communication station though transmission and tie-in networks.
3.调度通信系统
3. Dispatch Communication System
本次设计在调度所设列调、货调。列调和货调采用铁路数字调度专用通信系统设备进行组网,铁路各车站设数字调度专用通信车站分系统,各车站数字专用通信分系统通过传输网接入数字调度专用通信主系统。
Train and cargo dispatching are set in dispatching office. Train and cargo dispatching make use of railway digital dispatching special communication system equipment to make up the network; the railway stations have digital dispatching special communication station subsystems, which connect with the main system of digital dispatching special communication via transmission network.
    4.无线通信系统
4. Wireless Communication System
本次设计采用450MHz B制式无线列调通信设备进行组网,通话方式为大三角方式,并设置无线列调监测系统。考虑到本线建成初期货运量较小,本着强本简末的铁路设计原则,本次设计暂不进行无线列调弱场区补强。
450MHz B system radio train dispatching communication equipment is used in this design to form the network; the call method is of big triangle method with radio train dispatching monitoring system. Considered the low cargo transporting quantity during early stage after construction, this design temporarily does not reinforce the feeble field of radio train dispatching with the railway design principle of strengthening the base and simplifying the least.

(1)站间行车电话

在数字调度通信系统的2Mbit/s通道中利用一个时隙作为站间行车电话通道,并经数字调度通信分系统接入车站值班员值班台。长途电缆提供1对实回线作为备用通道。
In the 2Mbit/schannel of digital dispatching communication system, a time slot is sued for channel of traffic telephone between stations and connected with duty board of station duty personnel via digital dispatching communication subsystem. The toll cable provides a pair of practical loop line for spare passage.
(2)区间电话
 (2) Track-side telephone
本线长途通信电缆内设区间电话回线,区间应急抢险回线。区间电话由铁路数字专用通信系统和设在区间的通话柱构成,区间通话柱平均每1.5公里设置一个。
Track-side telephone loop line and sectional emergency loop line will be set within toll communication cable of this line. Track-side telephone consists of railway digital special communication system and communication polar in the section, which will be set with the interval of 1.5km.
(3)闭塞通道
 (3) Blocking passage
本线闭塞方式采用继电半自动闭塞,通道由长途电缆实回线提供。
The blocking method of this line is of all-relay semi-automatic blocking, in which the passage is provided by toll cable practical loop line.
6.车站(场)通信系统

(1)站场有线通信系统
 (1) Yard wire communication system
本次设计在各站的有线通信采用数字调度通信系统构成及车站值班员为中心的指挥系统。在车站值班员处设数字调度通信分系统值班台,将列调、站间行车、区间电话等区段通信回线以及信号值班等站内直通电话纳入值班台。
The wire communication in each stations of this design adapts digital dispatching communication system components and the command system centering the station duty person. There is digital dispatching communication subsystem duty board at the position of station duty person to introduce the station direct connection telephones and sectional communication loop lines such as train dispatching, travelling between stations and sectional telephones into duty board.
(2)站场无线及广播系统
 (2) Yard radio and broadcast system
本次设计在货运站设置无线平面调车系统,为本站从事调车作业的流动作业人员与固定作业人员之间、流动作业人员与流动作业人员之间提供服务。
There is radio flat dispatching system at the freight station in this design to provide services for communication between flowing workers of dispatching and fixed workers, and between flowing workers
本次设计在那林苏海特站和西伯库仑到发场分别设置列检无线通信系统,为站内列检人员提供服务。
There separately set train examination radio communication system at Nlinsuhaite station and 西伯库伦 receiving and departure yard to provide service for train examination personnel in the yard.
7.应急通信系统
7. Emergency communication system
考虑到本线建成初期货运量较小,本着强本简末的铁路设计原则,本次设计暂不设置应急通信系统设备。
Considered the low freight transporting quantity during early stage after construction, this design temporarily does not reinforce the feeble field of radio train dispatching with the railway design principle of strengthening the base and simplifying the least.
8.其他业务系统
8. Other business systems
(1)同步网的构成:本工程在通信站新设GPS全球卫星定位系统,作为本工程的时钟源,将新设的SDH同步数字传输系统作为定时基准传输链路(从新路码流中提取),沿线各站均从线路码流中提取定时信号。
 (1) Composition of synchronous network: there will set GPS Global Satellite Positioning System at communication station in this projects as the clock source; and the newly set SDH synchronism digital communication system will be regarded as the timing reference transmission link (extracted from new link code stream) and the stations along the line will extract the timing signals from line code stream.
(2)No.7信令网的构成:数字程控交换设备之间采用No.7信令。
 (2) Composition of No.7 signaling network: No.7 signaling will be used among numerical programmed exchange equipment.
(3)电信管理网的构成:本工程在通信站新设一套SDH-622Mbit/s传输网管维护设备。新设一套接入网网管维护设备。
 (3) Composition of telecommunication network: a new set of SDH-622Mbit/s transmission network management maintenance equipment will be newly set in communication station in this project as well as a set of access network management maintenance equipment.
