通信电源、防雷及接地   Communication power supply, lightning protection and grounding
(一)通信电源  (I) Communication Power
1.交流电源及供电方式:新建通信站和沿线各站均采用2路可靠外供交流220V电源供电。
1. AC power supply and delivery mode: reliable 2-way external supplied AC 220 power will be used for newly built communication station and stations along the line.
2.直流电源设备类型、容量的选定:本次设计在通信站新设-48V/100A高频开关电源设备(蓄电池300Ah×2组);在沿线各车站通信机械室和那林苏海特无线检修所通信机械室新设-48V/50A中间站高频开关电源柜设备(蓄电池200Ah)。
2. Selection of DC power supply equipment types and capacities: -48V/100A high frequency switch power supply equipment (battery 300Ah×2 groups) are newly set at communication station in this design; -48V/50A intermediate station high frequency switch power supply cabinet (battery 200Ah) are newly set in communication mechanical rooms of the stations along the line and in communication mechanical room of Nalinsuhaite radio overhaul office.
(二)接地方式和接地装置:本次设计通信站的接地装置由电力专业提供,接地电阻值≤1欧姆,沿线各站和无线检修所通信机械室的接地装置由电力专业提供,接地电阻值≤4欧姆。
 (II) Grounding method and equipment: in this design, the grounding equipment in communication stations are provided by electric specialty with grounding resistance of equal to or less than 1 ohm; the grounding equipment in the stations along the side and communication mechanical room of radio overhaul office are provided by electric specialty with grounding resistance of equal to or less than 4 ohm.
(三)电源及环境监控系统:本次设计在通信站新设电源及环境监控系统中心设备,在沿线各站新设电源及环境监控系统车站设备。
 (III) Power supply and environment monitoring system: in this design, power supply and environment monitoring centre equipment are newly set in communication station, and power supply and environment monitoring system station equipment are newly set at the station along the line.
(四)防雷:本次设计在新建线各站通信机械室和通信站综合通信机械式新设通信防雷装置。
 (IV) Lightning protection: communication lightning protection equipment are newly set at communication mechanical rooms of all newly stations and communication mechanical room of communication station.

(一)长途通信线路类型、径路及防护措施维护措施   (I) Category, route protection and maintenance measures of toll communication line
1.通信线路的类型及容量的选定

本次设计在全线直埋敷设一条GYTA53 20芯单模充油光缆和一条HEYFLT23 7×4×0.9低频对称充油电缆,从西伯库仑边检场到30公里车站直埋敷设一条GYTA53 8芯单模充油光缆。从西伯库仑边检场到新策克口岸站直埋敷设一条HEYFLT23 7×4×0.9低频对称充油电缆和一条HYAT53 200×2×0.5市话充油电缆。
One GYTA53 20-core single mode oil-charged optical fiber cable and one HEYFLT23 7×4×0.9 low frequency symmetrically oil-charged cable are buried along the line and one GYTA53 8-core single mode oil-charged optical fiber cable is buried between 西伯库伦 frontier inspection yard and 30km station. One HEYFLT23 7×4×0.9 low frequency symmetrically oil-charged cable and one HYAT53 200×2×0.5 oil-charged local cable are buried between Shivee Khuren frontier inspection yard and new Qeh port station.

Main optical fiber cable and electric cable between new Qeh port station and Nariin Sukhait station are buried at the right of the line; the GYTA53 8-core single mode oil-charged optical fiber cable set between Shivee Khuren frontier inspection yard and 30km station is buried at the left of the line when it is within the long-distance section and at the right of the line when it is within station areas of Shivee Khuren frontier inspection yard,Shivee Khuren receiving-departure yard and 30km station.
3.长途通信线路的防护及维护措施:通信线路的防雷、防腐及防电磁影响措施均按铁路设计规范执行。
3. Protection and maintenance measures for toll communication lines: the lightning protection, corrosion prevention and electromagnetic impact proofing of communication lines shall be fulfilled according to the design code of railway.
(二)地区及站场通信线路类型、引入配线及维护设施  (II) Communication line category, introduction wiring and maintenance facilities of regions and station yards
1.通信线路的类型及容量的选定

地区及站场通信线路采用HEYFLT23型低频对称充油电缆和HYAT53型直埋市话充油电缆。
Regional and station yard communication line adopts HEYFLT23 low frequency symmetrically oil-charged cable and HYAT53 buried oil-charged local cable.
2.引入配线方式
2. Introduction wiring method
新建房屋的引入采用钢管防护,室内配线方式为暗配。
The introduction of newly-built house shall be protected with steel pipe and the wiring method indoors shall be of invisible.
(三)路外弱电线路的拆迁原则(非电气化铁路)  (III) Removal principle of non-railway weak current lines (non-electrification railway)
1.对于与铁路交叉跨越的路内、外通信及广播电视线路,按铁路要求,架空线路改为地下直埋方式穿越铁路,采用钢管防护,路外架空线路终端设在铁路用地界以外;直埋通信光、电缆线路,一般地段采取防护措施,挖方地段,需进行迁改。
1. For the railway and non-railway communication, broadcast and TV lines crossing the railway, the overhead line shall be altered as underground buried line to cross the railway with steel pipe protected according to railway requirement, the non-railway overhead line terminals shall be set up out of the railway land use bounds; the buried communication optimal and electric cables shall be protected at normal sections, and removed at excavation sections.
2.在铁路地界内架空或埋式的路外通信线路,按原标准迁改至用地界外。
