6. TERMINAL STATION AT NSS  NSS终点站
6.1 OCCUPATION  岗位
The station is at least manned permanently (24/7) by one station master and respectively the operational room is to be provided. The occupation of the wagon master is to be assumed with permanently (24/7) one staff member. It is assumed that the staff lives outside the railway premises in a work camp or other housing provided.

The following installed capacity shall be provided in the station according to the lighting level and the assumed power supply as given in the Table below. This installed capacity is to be coordinated with the signalling contractor responsible for the diesel generator. Beside the fact that all electrical installations are to be designed for the final state, an additional spare capacity in the range of 25% is to be considered. The installed capacity and the power used for the lighting are to be calculated under the consideration of the factor of simultaneity presently used in China for similar installations.

Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation is to be provided as given in the Table below, and the necessary electric consumption of these facilities is to be added to the electric capacity installed according to the factor of simultaneity chosen. Air conditioning comprises air cooling as well as heating.
