站线单线路基形式及宽度 Form and Width of Station Track Single-line Subgrade
1) 站线单线路基应做成路拱,路拱为三角形,由路基中心线向两侧设2%的人字排水坡。
Station track single-line subgrade shall be built into a triangle-shaped crown and a 2% gradient double-pitch drainage slope built from the central line of the subgrade towards both sides.
2) 站内联络线、机车走行线和三角线等单线的路基面宽度:土质路基不应小于5.6m;硬质岩石路基不应小于5m。
Width of subgrade surface of such single lines as in-station tie line, locomotive running line and triangle line: no less than 5.6m for soil subgrade; no less than 5m for hard rock subgrade.
(3) 站内最外侧路基面宽度Width of Subgrade Surface for the Most Outer of the station
站线中心至路基边缘的宽度:车场最外侧线路不应小于3.0m;边检场及有列检作业的车场最外侧线路不应小于4.0m;如最外侧为正线时,应按照正线标准确定。最外侧梯线和平面调车牵出线有调车人员上、下车作业的一侧不应小于3.5m。
Space between the center of the station track and edge of the subgrade: no less than 3.0m for the most outer track in the yard; no less than 4.0m for the most outer track in the frontier inspection yard and yards with train examination operation; if the most outer track is the main line, it shall be determined according to the standard of the main line.  It shall not be less than 3.5m for the most outer ladder track and the side of the flat shunting lead track where shunting personnel on and off the train.
(4) 路基填料标准Standards for Subgrade Fill
正线路基基床分为表层和底层,表层厚度0.6m,底层厚度1.9m。总厚度2.5m。
Main line subgrade ballast includes surface and bottom layer, with the former 0.6m thick, the latter 1.9m thick. It is 2.5 m thick in total.
基床表层应采用AB组填料。底层填料应采用B组填料,基床以下部分填料可选用A、B、C组填料。
Ballast surface shall adopt fill from Group A and B. Bottom layer shall adopt Group B fill and sections below the ballast may adopt fill from Group A ,B and C.
(5) 地基处理Foundation Treatment
1) 稳定斜坡上地基表层的处理,应符合下列要求:
Treatment of foundation surface of stable slope shall comply with the following requirements:
地面坡率缓于1:10时,路堤可直接填筑在天然地面上。路堤高度小于基床厚度的地段,应清除地表草皮。
When the ground gradient is less than 1:10, the embankment can be built on the natural ground. At sections where the height of embankment is lower than the thickness of ballast, the surface turf shall be removed.
2) 地面坡率为1:10~1:5时,应清除地表草皮。
When the ground gradient is 1:10~1:15, the surface turf shall be removed.

1)路基面横向坡度 Cross Gradient of Subgrade Surface
本线所经过地区平均年降雨量30mm左右,站线路基有条件则设2%横向坡度,困难时可设平坡。
Considering that the average annual rainfall in regions the line passes is around 30mm, subgrade of station track shall have a 2% cross gradient if conditions permit and otherwise have a level grade.
2)路基边坡  side slope for subgrade
挖方地段仅在那林苏海特站尾部,路基边坡采用1:2。
Excavation only occurs at the end of the Nariin Sukhait station and side slope of subgrade here has a 1:2 gradient.
普通土路堤填方高度8m以内时,边坡采用1:1.5;路堤填方高度超过8m时,上部8m边坡采用1:1.5,8~15m边坡采用1:1.75。
When the fill height of common earth embankment is less than 8m, the side slope takes a 1:1.5 gradient; When the fill height of embankment is greater than 8m, the side slope takes a 1:1.5 gradient for the upper 8m and a 1:1.75 gradient for 8~15m;
3)站房区外侧土方宽度采用6.0m,扳道房及生产房屋外侧土方最小宽度采用3.0m。

2. 路基土石方调配原则及与区间土石方调配的协调情况
Principles of Allotment of Subgrade Earthwork and Conditions of Coordination of the allotment of subgrade earthwork and section earthwork.
(1)土石方调配原则
Principles of Earthwork Allotment
1) 路基土石方调配应采用经济、合理的调配方案。贯彻节省用地,少占良田和林地;充分利用挖方,移挖作填。当移挖作填的填料性质不符合要求时,另选择符合规定的土源作为路基填料。
Subgrade earthwork allotment shall adopt plans that are economic and reasonable. Principles of conserving land use and refraining from occupying arable land and forest land shall be implemented; excavation shall be put to full use and may be transported to other places as filler. When the excavation fail to meet demand of the filler in nature, alternative qualified soil sources can be taken as the subgrade filler.
2) 对填方地段,分别选择满足基床表层、底层、路基下部填料要求的土源,进行调配。
For fill sections, soil sources capable of respectively meeting requirements of filler for ballast surface, bottom layer and the lower part of subgrade shall be picked for allotment.
3) 各站取土场的储量、种类以地质专业提供的土源化验报告为准。
Reserve and type of various borrow grounds shall be determined by the soil source report furbished by the geological trade.
