8. TERMINAL STATION AT SKS WITHOUT WAGON MASTERS

8.1 OCCUPATION  岗位
The station is at least manned permanently (24/7) by one station master and respectively the operational room is to be provided. It is assumed that the staff lives outside the railway premises in a work camp or other housing provided.

The rooms as indicated in the Table below shall be provided at the Terminal Station in SKS.

8.3 LIGHTING AND POWER SUPPLY  照明－电源
The following installed capacity shall be provided in the station according to the lighting level and the assumed power supply as given in the Table below. This installed capacity is to be coordinated with the signalling contractor responsible for the diesel generator. Beside the fact that all electrical installations are to be designed for the final state, an additional spare capacity in the range of 25% is to be considered. The installed capacity and the power used for the lighting are to be calculated under the consideration of the factor of simultaneity presently used in China for similar installations.

Heating, Air Conditioning and Ventilation is to be provided as given in the Table below, and the necessary electric consumption of these facilities is to be added to the electric capacity installed according to the factor of simultaneity chosen. Air conditioning comprises air cooling as well as heating.
加热、空调和通风都应如下表所示提供，并且应依据选定的同时性系数将这些设施的必要耗电量加至电气安装容量。空调由空气冷却和空气加热部分组成。

The water supply, most likely by a roof reservoir, shall be provided as given with the Table below. Chemical toilets shall be evaluated.
