安全施工及过渡的意见 Note for safety construction and transition
各站给水所水泵、水箱、消毒设备施工时，要先与厂家联系，需要厂家配合明确各设备的基础要求及位置，根据实际情况设备位置在厂家指导下可做适当调整，厂家负责对设备进行安装及调试，对操作人员进行岗前培训，保证设备的正常运行。施工单位应与厂家充分沟通后再施工。施工中应注意以下方面：
During the construction of water pumps, water tanks, disinfection equipments in all stations, manufactories should be contacted in advance. Basic requirements and positions of all equipments should be determined together with the manufactories. According to the actual situations, the positions of equipments can be properly adjusted under the guidance of the manufactories. The manufactories should be responsible for the installation and debugging of equipments. Operators should be trained before working to guarantee the normal operation of equipments.  Construction should be made after comprehensive communication between the construction unit and the manufactories. Attentions should be paid to the following things during the construction process:
1. 在施工中除依照各施工图及选用的国标图、通用图要求的注意事项外，应严格遵照《给水排水管道工程施工及验收规范》（GB50268-97）及其他有关规程规定施工。
Besides complying with all construction drawings, selected national standard drawings and general drawings in the construction process, “Code for construction and acceptance of water supply and sewerage pipelines” (GB50268-97), and other relevant regulations should also be complied.
2. 给水排水施工应密切与站场、房建等有关专业配合，合理确定施工顺序。给排水出入管、标高等核对无误后，方可施工。
The construction of water supply and drainage should be closely cooperated with station yard, house construction, and other specialties. The construction sequence should be properly determined.  Construction of water supply and drainage can be started after the access pipes, elevations, and other are all correct.
3. 各种给排水构筑物，施工前需核对设计位置、原地面及设计地面标高，如发现与设计图纸不符，应及时与设计部门联系解决。

4. 给排水管路铺设要求保证足够的覆土厚度。排水、雨水管道应按要求的坡度和管底标高铺设。

9. 污水处理站运营管理操作中，进入加氯间、加药间和可能产生有毒气体的封闭建（构）筑物中，要注意先进行通风等防中毒措施，在确保安全的情况下进行管理操作。

14. 未尽之处应严格遵照《铁路给水排水施工规范》TB10209-2002及相关规范。

VIII. 有待进一步解决的问题 Problems Requiring Further Treatment
1. 由于本线工程水源钻探、水文地质勘察报告、水质化验报告均已委托蒙方相关单位，现在所有资料都没有提供，所以水源位置及水处理方式都不能确定。本次设计只考虑站区。
Due to the water resource drilling and hydrological geology examination report, water quality test report have been consigned to related unit of Mongolia part, and now all the data have not been supplied, so the water source position and water treatment method can not be determined. The design shall only consider the station yard.
2. 进一步明确设计界线。 Further specify the design boundary.
