4.2.1作业前的准备工作Preparation work before the operation
（1）根据井场的实际情况，按照图18选择好该机的停放位置，并按图18打好四个地锚坑，锚坑深1.8米，上宽0.8米，上长1.3米，下宽0.8米，下长1.6米。锚坑型式可按各油田的实际情况确定，每个锚坑要求沿绷绳方向承拉能力不小于98kN。
Note: according to the actual condition of the well site, the parking position should be selected and four ground anchor beds are drilled in terms of Fig.18; the depth is 1.8m, upper width 0.8m, upper length 1.3m, lower width 0.8m, lower length 1.6m. Type of the anchor bed can be determined according to the actual condition of each oil field with the pull bearing capacity along the guy rope direction not less than 98kN.
（2）井口周围立放井架的位置应略高，以防积水，放井架底座支腿的地方，土壤的承载能力不小于117.6kN/m2 。对粘土和松砂土地面，在放井架底座支腿的地方应铺15～20cm厚的碎石，并在其上垫放管排。
Position erecting the derrick around the well top should be slightly higher to avoid the water accumulation; the pedologic loading capacity of the location placing the derrick base leg should not be less than 117.6kN/m2. For the clay and loose sand ground, 15~20cm gravel should be paved and the tube bank be bedded on top of it at the location placing the derrick base leg.
（3）将该机开到井场，按要求摆放好，使井架与井口对中，并使井架底座中心至井口中心距离在约为1.385米。
Drive the machine to the well site and put it in place as required so that the derrick aligns with the well top and the distance between the derrick base center to the well top center will be approx. 1.385 m.

（4）将分动箱手动气控制阀的操纵杆放在作业位置，变速箱操纵杆必须放在空挡位置，并将该机用手制动刹住。
Put the control lever of the manual air control valve of the transfer case into the operation position; control lever of the transmission must be at the neutral position and the machine should be braked by the hand brake.
（5）根据图16的示意，先操纵前、后支腿的液压阀操作手柄，使各支腿伸出，并调整四个支腿油缸，使整机前后左右都基本处于水平位置（此时各轮胎应基本不承受负荷）。再操纵井架底座两个支腿油缸液压阀操作手柄使其缓慢降至地面（两支腿油缸支撑于地面时，不应破坏整机的水平）。
According to the illustration of Fig. 16, the hydraulic valve operating handle of the front and rear leg should be operated firstly to protrude each leg and adjust four leg oil cylinders so that front and rear as well as right and left of the machine are under the horizontal position (here each tire should not withstand the load). Then two leg oil cylinder hydraulic valve operating handles of derrick base should be operated to lower the oil cylinders to the ground (horizon of the complete machine should not be damaged when two leg oil cylinders support on the ground).
（6）整机调整好后，最后将四个液压支腿和两个井架底座液压支腿锁住。
Finally four hydraulic legs and two derrick base hydraulic legs are locked after complete machine is adjusted.
注意：在调整该机时，车架上的四个液压支腿油缸行程不允许超过550mm，井架底座液压支腿油缸行程不允许超过850mm。
Note: during the adjustment, the travel of four hydraulic leg oil cylinders on the carriage should not exceed 550mm, and that on the derrick base not exceed 850mm.

我公司生产的轮式通井机对其质量作如下保证：在正常情况下使用，对发生故障的零部件在保质期内给予无偿修理或更换，以保证轮式通井作业机能在正常状况下使用。
Wheeled Operation Workover Ri produced by our company gives the quality warranty as the following: under normal conditions, the repair or the replacement will be offered free of charge to the spares broken down within the warranty period, so as to ensure the operation of the wheeled Operation Workover Ri under the normal condition.
我公司仅对轮式通井作业机负责，不赔付其它损失。
Our company is only responsible for the wheeled Operation Workover Ri and will not compensate for other loss.
下列情况我厂不予负责
We disclaim all responsibility under the following conditions:
a. 在未经我公司同意的情况下对设备进行改造；
Carry out the reconstruction to the equipment without the approval of our company;
b. 未按本说明书要求进行作业、使用和维护保养而造成的故障、事故或损坏；
Failure, accident or damage caused by the operation, service and maintenance not following the instruction requirement;
c. 违反操作规程而造成故障、事故或损坏；
Failure, accident and damage caused by violating the operation practice;
d. 润滑油加注不符合要求，油料不合格；
The oil filling does not meet the requirement and the oil is disqualified;
e. 本机超负荷运转；
The machine is under overloading operation;
f. 非我公司责任造成的损伤。
Damage not caused by our responsibility.
