在本机使用之前,使用者必须对该机的结构特点和操作方法进行详细的了解,在熟悉交通安全规则,掌握该机的操作使用方法,并取得相应的资格证后,才能进行操作。在使用过程中必须严格遵守操作规程;按照规定,定期进行维修保养,若发现通井机工作不正常时,应立即停机检查并进行修理,然后才能继续使用。
Before the machine is used, the user must have a detailed understanding to the structure feature and operation method; the operation can be made only after the use has been familiar with the traffic safety principle, grasped the operation method and acquire relevant qualification certificate. During the service, the routine practice must be followed strictly; the repair and maintenance should be made regularly according to the specification; provided any abnormal occurred in the operation of the well pulling machine, the machine should be stopped immediately and the repair be made.

起放井架操作规程及注意事项Practice and notice of lifting and lowering the derrick
井架的起放必须严格按照操作规程进行,必须一人操作,一人观察指挥。
Lifting and lowering of the derrick must be made strictly according to the practice; it must be made by one man operating and one man observing.
(1)起井架的具体方法如下:
Detailed method of the derrick raising is as follows:
a. 移动设备对准井口。
Move the equipment to align with the well top.
b. 检查绷绳和锚柱及游动系统的钢丝绳是否固定好,确保其型式和负载能力符合制造厂的要求,检查液压油箱的油是否足量。
Check if the wire ropes of the guy rope, the anchor post and the travelling system are fixed; ensure the model and the loading capacity conform to the manufacturer's requirement; check if the oil in the hydraulic tank is adequate.
c. 发动机转速控制在8 0 0~1 0 0 0 r/m i n。
The engine speed should be controlled at 800~1000 r/min.

Pull the manual reversal valve operating and controlling the derrick lifting and lowering oil cylinder outwards (see Fig. 16) so that the derrick leaves the front bracket by 100~200 mm and stays here for about 2 minutes. Observe if the hydraulic system has the oil leakage and overpressure; if has, the failure should be eliminated and the derrick be lifted continuously. When the derrick is lifted to 85° position, opening of the hydraulic valve should be reduces so that the derrick will smoothly rest on the derrick base; then the link pin is inserted. Note: upper body of the derrick should not be lifted before the link pin is in place.
e. 操纵伸缩液压缸的手动换向阀手柄向外拉(见图16),使井架上体从井架下体中伸出,检查液路,如发现漏失,要检查故障,待处理完后再操作液压换向阀。在井架上体伸出过程中,应注意游车大钩的位置是否合适,必要时可操作绞车下放游车大钩。当接近行程终了时,应减小液压阀的开度,使井架上体与井架下体的限位块缓慢接触,操纵三位四通气控阀(见图9)使气缸推动承载块旋转至水平位置,然后再缓慢放下井架上体,使井架上体底部坐在承载块上平面。
Pull the manual reverse valve handle of the telescope outwards (see Fig. 16) so that upper body of the derrick will protrude from the lower body. Check the liquid passage; provided any leakage is found, the troubleshooting should be made and the hydraulic change-over valve be operated after the failure has been treated. During the protruding process of the derrick upper body, position of the traveling tackle hook should be observed for its proper position; the drawworks can be operated to lower the traveling tackle hook if necessary. When it approaches end of the travel, opening of the hydraulic valve should be reduced so that upper body of the derrick will slowly contact with the stopper of the lower body. Operated the three-position four-way pneumatic control valve (see Fig.9) so that the cylinder will push the carrier block rotating to the horizontal position, then upper body of the derrick will be lowered slowly so the upper body will rest on top surface of the carrier block.
f. 调节井架倾斜度,使大钩中心对准井口。
Adjust the derrick gradient so that center of the tackle hook will align with the well top.
g. 固定好井架绷绳,并调节绷绳垂度,使之在150~250mm范围内。
Fix the derrick guy and adjust the sag so that it will be within 150~250mm scope.
注意:井架上体在伸出的过程中,如果扶正器不能抱住伸缩油缸,可能会造成井架上体倾倒,严重损坏设备,造成人员伤亡等事故。Note: during the process of protruding the upper body, provided the centering device can not clasp the telescopic oil cylinder, upper body of the derrick might be tilt to damage the equipment severely or cause the casualties.
