第63条 车站列控中心和中继站列控中心作为临时限速的更新点和发送点,在其限速管辖范围内,可分别设置一处临时限速,限速区可以设置在区间、站内正线及侧线或区间跨站内正线。当临时限速区段在车站或中继站管辖范围内的重叠区域时,则相关列控中心不能再设置临时限速。
Chapter 63  Station train control center and repeater station train control center is used as updating and sending point for temporary speed limitation; in their functional scope, a temporary speed limitation place can be set separately. The speed limiting area can be set within section, in station main line or side line, or section cross-station inner main line. If the temporary speed limiting section is in the overlapped area of stations or repeater stations, then the corresponding train control center can not be set with temporary speed limiting.
第64条 列控中心单方向临时限速管辖范围内长度不受限制,由系统自动分配,一个中继站管辖范围内限速长度超过五个闭塞分区时,由CTC系统自动归档,按车站与中继站或中继站与中继站站间全线限速办理。
Clause 64  The length for one-direction temporary speed limiting within the scope of train control center is not limited and is assigned automatically by the system. If the speed limiting length within the scope of a repeater station exceeds five block sections, the CTC system will file for it automatically as speed is limited on the whole line between station and repeater station or between repeater stations.
第65条提供临时限速信息的有源应答器数据应冗余覆盖,丢失一个应答器组不影响列车运行,连续丢失两个及以上应答器组时,车载ATP系统自动降速至45KM/H运行。
Clause 65  The active responder that provide temporary speed limiting information should have redundance. Loosing of one responder set will not affect train operation. If two or more responder were lost in sequence, the onboard ATP system will automatically decrease the speed the 45KM/H.
第63条  ?列控限速调度命令由列车调度员拟定,根据限速长度范围选择受令车站及线路所,输入限速参数(包括相关受令车站、限速位置、限速值、限速执行方式、限速开始和结束时间等内容),及时发送至车站列控中心,由列控系统执行。非常站控时,列车调度员将限速调度命令下达到车站,由车站值班员按规定向列控中心发送。
Clause 63  The train control speed limiting command is prepared by train dispatcher; the commanded station and wayside room is selected according to speed limiting length and scope. The speed limiting parameters (including related commanded station, speed limiting area, speed limit value, executing method, start and end time, and etc.) are need to be inputted and be transferred to station train control center, and the command will be executed by train control system. If it is not in normal station control, train coordination can send the speed limiting command to station and the station on-duty staff send the command to train control center according to specification.
