工作装置 Working device
通井机工作装置是由滚筒体、左右制动鼓、气动离合器、带式刹车、双联万向节、终传动齿轮等部件组成,工作装置通过钢丝绳带动游动系统实现油、水井的修井作业。
Working device of the well pulling machine is composed of the drum body, right and left brake drum, pneumatic clutch, belt brake, duplex universal and end driving gear, etc.; the working device realizes the workover operations of the oil and water wells via the wire rope to drive the travelling system.
3.4.2工作装置刹车的调整方法(见图13):Adjusting method of the working device brake (see Fig. 13):
刹车系统是用来制动滚筒的 (见图13)。它主要由制动带组件、制动拉臂轴组件、平衡杆组件、推杆、棘爪合件等组成。与缓冲垫 、操纵杆、 拉杆、推臂滚轮 、助力器滑阀、助力器 、连动臂 、正反扣调整杆、锁紧螺母等共同完成制动滚筒的工作。
The brake circuit is used to brake the drum (see Fig. 13). It is mostly composed of the brake band component, the brake arm drag shaft component, the balance bar component, the push rod and all pieces of the pallet. It fulfils the operation of braking the drum along with the bumper pad, joy stick, drawbar, thrust arm roller, booster slide valve, booster, double action arm, positive and negative buckle regulating rod and locknut, etc.
(1) 当制动器操纵杆处于松开位置时,操纵杆6应靠在缓冲垫5上,此时助力器顶杆应处于最低位置。
When the brake operating lever is on the released position, the control lever 6 should lean against the bumper pad 5; here roof bar of the booster should be in the extreme lower position.
(2) 当制动器松开时,助力器滑阀9与推臂滚轮8间不应存在有间隙,制动带1应能迅速均匀地离开制动鼓2,摩擦片不应触及制动鼓,并应均匀的保持2~3mm间隙,否则应调整制动带挂钩4和支撑螺栓3,达到上述要求。
When the brake releases, there should be no clearance between slide valve 9 of the booster and the roller 8 of the thrust arm. The brake band 1 should be able to leave the brake drum 2 quickly and evenly, and the friction disc should not touch the brake drum and should keep the 2-3mm uniform clearance, or else the dropper 4 and the carrying bolt 3 of the brake band should be adjusted to satisfy the above requirement.

(3) 如刹车间隙不合适,可通过正反扣调整杆12进行调整,顺时针旋转为减少间隙,逆时针旋转为增大间隙,间隙调整适当后,用锁紧螺母13锁紧。

(4) 刹车系统在出厂前已调好。调好后的刹带活端和刹带死端见图1 5。调整活端C点在AB连线的内侧,且保证摩擦片不应触及制动鼓,并应均匀的保持2~3mm间隙,这时刹车系统的性能最好,工作最可靠。当刹带使用一段时问后,刹带块磨损到一定程度时,应及时进行调整。当刹带刹住后,刹带死端应按图中角度进行调整。
The brake system has been set before the ex-works. Running end and dead end of the adjusted brake band are shown in Fig.15. Running end C point should be adjusted in inner side of the AB  link and the friction disc should be ensured not contact with the brake drum; uniform 2 ~ 3mm clearance should be kept, here performance of the brake system is the best and the operation is most reliable. The brake band should be adjusted in time after it has been used for some time and the brake band block is worn to some degrees. When the brake band is braked, dead end of the brake band should be adjusted according to the angle in the picture.
3.5 驱动转盘箱 Driving rotary table case
驱动转盘箱采用一个气动离合器和一对常啮合圆柱齿轮传动,它的功能是通过气动离合器和齿轮,将分动箱传来的动力,再通过传动轴传给转盘。分动箱传来的动力可通过气动离合器进行结合或断开,其结构详见图16。
The driving rotary table case adopts a pneumatic clutch and a pair of constant mesh cylindrical gearing, whose function is to transfer the power sent from the transfer case to the rotary table firstly via the pneumatic clutch and gear and then via the transmission shaft. Power delivered from the transfer case can be combined or broken via the pneumatic clutch. The structure is shown in Fig. 16.
驱动转盘箱最大输出扭矩6.6kN m,最高输出转速1100r/min。
Max. output torque of the driving rotary table case is 6.6kNm and the Max. output rotation speed is 1100r/min.
3.6 转盘传动箱 Table transmission case
转盘传动箱采用一对常啮合圆柱齿轮传动,它的功能是将驱动转盘箱传来的动力通过传动轴传给转盘。其结构详见图17。
The table transmission case adopts a pair of constant mesh cylindrical gearings, whose function is to transfer the power sent by the driving rotary table case to the rotary table via the transmission shaft. The structure is detailed in Fig. 17.
脱桥箱的功能是通过滑套将变速箱传来的动力通过传动轴传给分动箱。
