3.1液压传动系统 Hydraulic drive system
3.1.1组成 Composition
液路系统主要由液压转向系、工作装置液压系、液压助力系三部分组成。主要包括井架伸缩油缸、液压油箱、崩扣缸、液压小绞车、支腿油缸、伸缩套管油缸、主油泵、刹车助力油泵、转向油缸、液压泵滤清器、减压阀、溢流阀及各种液压操纵阀。

Limit (weight ratio) of the water mixed into the hydraulic oil is less than 0.05%, the dirty degree is less than 7.0~1 .0 mg/100 ml. Generally the replace cycle of the hydraulic oil is about per year and a half. If the limit and the dirty degree of the water mixed into the hydraulic oil are not greater than the set limit to, service cycle of the hydraulic oil can be duly postponed. However, if the limit and the dirty degree of the water mixed into the hydraulic oil exceed the set limit before the oil changing time, the hydraulic oil must be replaced in advance.

3.1.2工作原理Operating principle
本机液压系统额定工作压力为14MPa,其工作原理详见图4。

(1)液压转向系 Hydraulic steering system
本机采用全液压转向系统,工作可靠,故障少,结构简单紧凑,安装方便。转向系由油箱,滤油器、油泵、手动换向阀、转向器、阀块、转向油缸、转向桥、管路等组成,系统压力为14MPa。转向器总成见图8。
This machine adopts the full hydrostatic steering system, reliable in operation, few in failure, simple and compact in structure and convenient in installation. The steering system is composed of the tank, oil cleaner, oil pump, manual reverse valve, steering device, valve block, steering oil cylinder, steering axle, and pipeline, etc.; the system pressure is 14MPa. 转向油缸装在转向桥上,油缸油腔进出油由转向器控制,当方向盘旋转时,转向油缸开始工作,活塞杆将推动转向支架,从而使转向轮绕上、下销轴中心转动,通过转向拉杆使两轮转动同一个角度,即可实现行驶方向的控制。

工作装置液压系主要由1个二联手动换向阀、1个六联手动换向阀、1个四联手动换向阀、1个液压小绞车、11个油缸等部件组成。六联手动换向阀可分别控制4个支腿油缸、2个井架底座支腿油缸、2个井架升降油缸和1个井架伸缩油缸;1个二联手动换向阀,用来控制工作装置液压系与转向液压系的转换和六联手动换向阀与四联手动换向阀转换;四联手动换向阀可以分别控制1个液压小绞车、2个崩扣缸和1个液压动力输出。
