In principle is to say that for all workplaces uniform operator stations are applied. The workplaces are different in the level of their extension only.

The MTD workplace should be equipped with 5 monitors, a keyboard and a mouse. The 5 monitors are arranged semicircular. It should be possible to allocate all neces?sary functionalities optional to the different monitors.

Generally the four monitors are used as follows. On one monitor the MTD can ob?serve the operational procedures on the whole line. On the other monitors the MTD has elective remote access to the separate stations to perform his main task, man?aging the operational process.

Gen?erally one monitor shows permanently the operational procedures on the whole line. On the second monitor the local shunting dispatcher manage the shunting move?ments for his responsible area. In case of a perturbation the shunting area of the other LSD can be allocated alternately. The LSD has also remote access to the screen with messages from other systems like the security system.

The MTD-A workplace is equipped in the same way like the LSD workplace. Gener?ally the two monitors serve for showing information regarding the state of different monitoring systems. It is a main task of the MTD-A to monitor the different monitoring systems, for example the fire security system, the intrusion system, the power supply system, the point heating system, the TV-monitoring system. In case of a perturba?tion the screens for all other functionalities can be allocated alternately.

In case of failure regarding the data communication between the OCC located in Naryn Sukhait and Shiven Khuren Station or other troubles it should be possible to operate and manage the railway traffic locally. For this reason in Shiven Khuren and in the Intermediate Station an emergency workplace has to be established. The emergency workplaces should have the same configuration like the workplaces for the local shunting dispatcher in the OCC.

It must be possible to create a log - file for important calls like emergency calls. The extent of logged calls must be programmable.
