The MTD is responsible for the train operation on the whole line. The MTD can per?form all control actions which are necessary for a smooth operating procedure. Only he is allowed to give driving permission to the train drivers. He is able to give the dis?posability for certain main signals to the LSD in order that they can perform shunting movements in their area.

6.3 BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WORKPLACES  工作场所的基本要求
The Operation Control Centre (OCC) is located in Naryn Sukhait Station. In the fol?lowing only the requirements for the operation room will be roughly described.

7. RECOMMENDATION FOR NARYN SUKHAIT TO SEKE RAILWAY

According the planned transport volume for the Naryn Sukhait Mine to Seke railway for the year 2025 a suitable operating program has been presented. The operating program shows that it is not necessary to sectioning the line between the stations for increasing the capacity of the line.
