PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN预防性维护计划
1 PURPOSE  目的
Generally intended to ensure regular maintenance is performed on equipment within a planning system in preventive concept. It is also tends to follow OEM guidance on maintenance. This procedure supplies a scope and implementation for Preventive Maintenance activities.

2 SCOPE  范围
This plan is accompanied by other maintenance strategies, First-line Maintenance Plan, Predictive Maintenance Plan and Corrective Maintenance Plan.

All facilities in the Bohai Bay Peng Lai complex are included in the scope.  Endurance of the procedure (with modifications as required) is for field life.

4 DEFINITIONS  定义
Criticality Ranking (CR) – Facilitated workshop process to identify equipment where failure has the greatest (or least) potential effects under categories of Safety, Environment, Business Interruption or Asset Damage.
危急程度评级(CR)– 用于按照“安全”、“环境”、“业务中断”或“资产损坏”类别,识别其故障会产生最大(或最小)潜在后果的设备的简化车间过程。
Failure Modes Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) – Coordinated multi-discipline process applied to high (criticality) ranked equipment to supplement default maintenance by rigorously analyzing failure modes and identifying and selecting from a range of possible mitigation plans. Carried out using a spreadsheet tool.
