八、环境保护措施
VIII. Environmental Protection Measures
（一）本线属于采暖区，故生产及生活房屋均设置集中采暖，各站采暖锅炉均采用燃煤锅炉。烟尘经过除尘设备处理后其排放浓度能够满足《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》。
 (1) Since the line belongs to the heating zone, concentrated heating is adopted for all production and residential buildings and coal-burning boilers adopted for the heating boilers in all stations.  Emission density of the fume, treated with dust cleaning equipment, can comply with Atmospheric Pollutants Emission Standard for Boilers.
（二）锅炉房内的水泵均安装在设备间内与外界隔离，并设减振垫、软接头等，以控制噪音传播，使其符合《城市区域环境噪声标准》。
 (2) Water pumps shall be installed in equipment room for isolation and equipped with shock pads and soft joints to control noise spread to compliance with Urban Ambient Noise Standard.
（三）全线采用电开水器提供饮用水，洗浴用水采用太阳能热水器(电辅助)供应，以减少锅炉数量，从而减少环境的污染。
 (3) the electric water heater is adopted for drinking water supply and solar heater for bathing water so as to decrease boiler use and thus reduce environmental pollution.
九、节约能源措施
IX. Energy-conserving Measures
（一）合理选择供热方式：各站区采用集中供热取代分散锅炉供热。在满足生产运输作业和生活的前提下，在集中采暖区域内的房屋均由锅炉房提供95/70℃低温热水集中供热，以节约耗能量。
 (I) Selecting reasonable heating mode: all station areas shall be under a same centralized heating system to replace the distributed boiler heating mode.  Under the precondition of satisfying the needs of transportation and living, the housing and rooms within centralized heating area shall be provided with 95/70?low temperature hot water from boiler room for the sake of realizing centralized heating and conserving energy sources.
（二）锅炉房尽量采用同容量、同型号的锅炉，且单台锅炉运行负荷不应低于额定负荷的50%，便于运行时随室外温度的变化调节供热量。
 (II) The boiler room, as possible as can, shall use the boilers of same capacity and mode and the operating load of single boiler must not lower than 50% of nominal load so as to adjust heating capacity in terms of the change in outdoor temperature.

（三）室内、外采暖系统均需进行水力平衡计算，确保各环路水量符合设计要求，使锅炉及水泵在高效区工作，节省电能、耗煤。室外管网尽量采用直埋敷设，其保温效果好，有利于减少热损失。供热管道保温厚度应按现行国家标准《设备及管道保温设计导则》〔GB8175〕中经济厚度的计算公式确定。

（四）锅炉间等热车间，充分利用有组织的自然通风排除余热。当作业地带采用自然通风达不到卫生标准时，辅以机械通风或设局部降温设备。
 (IV) Hot plants such as boiler room shall make full use of organized natural ventilation to eliminate residual heat.  In case that the use of natural ventilation in operating area fails to meet the sanitary standards, then mechanical ventilation or local cooling equipment can be employed.
（五）锅炉、锅炉辅机、散热器、空调器、风机等设备均采用节能型产品。设计中洗浴用水采用太阳能等无污染能源技术。有条件时对用能、用水建筑配置能源、水量等计量和控制仪表，尽量实行建筑终端节能，按表计量收费。
 (V) Equipments, such as boiler, boiler auxiliary equipments, radiator, air-conditioner and fans, shall use the energy-saving products.  In case of design, water for bathing shall use the non-pollution technology, for example, solar energy technology. If there are conditions available, metering and controlling instruments for energy source and water shall be equipped in the buildings with demands for energy and water, so as to realize architectural energy conservation and charge fees based on meterage.
十、安全施工措施及意见
X. Measures and Suggestions for Safe Construction
（一）采暖、空调、给水、排水、消防、通风施工前应充分研究图纸，结合施工进度，做好管线、孔洞及预埋件的预留或预埋。
 (I). Drawings of heating, air-conditioning, water supply, drainage, fire fighting and ventilation should be fully studied before construction. According to the construction progress, the reservation or pre-burying of pipelines, holes and embedded parts should be done in advance.
（二）施工前应综合研究各专业图纸，做好施工组织，以减少拆改量。
 (II). Drawings of all specialties should be comprehensively studied before construction. Construction organization should be properly done to reduce the  works of dismantling and reconstruction.
（三）设备及管线高空作业时应注意人员和设备的安全，做好现场安全组织和策划。
 (III). Attentions should be paid to the safety of personnel and equipments during the high-altitude operation of equipments and pipelines. Safety organization and planning should be done on the site.
（四）各设备系统定货、安装、调试和保养时，应充分与供应商和设计方沟通，由供应商进行现场指导。
 (IV). During the ordering, installation, debugging and maintenance of all equipments and systems, communicate with suppliers and the design unit. Suppliers should provide field guidance.
（五）消防、空调系统施工应由专业施工队伍进行或指导。
 (V). The construction of fire fighting and air-conditioning system should be conducted or guided by professional construction teams.
