定义Chapter I Definition
除非合同内容另有规定，本合同所用下述用语的定义是：Unless otherwise provided under this Contract, the definitions of terms of this Contract are as follows：
1.1 项目：上海浦东国际机场（一期工程）信息系统集成中“航空业务分析及统计系统”的技术服务第二部分项目管理服务。Project: Second part of the technical service for the “Analysis & Statistics System of Aviation Logistics Business” of Shanghai Pudong International Airport (first phase project) information system integration—project management service.
1.2 技术资料：指乙方在完成项目工作后所提交给甲方的全部和完整的报告、图纸、文件、计算书、说明书、图表、电子文档及软件等。Technical data: all the entire and full reports, drawings, documents, statement of account, statements, graphs, electronic files and software provided to Party A by Party B after Party B has finished works of the project.
双方的责任Chapter II Obligations of the Parties
2.1 甲方责任：Obligations of Party A

2.1.1 甲方应在乙方所承担的工作范围内及时向乙方提供本项目所需的基础资料和评估资料。Party A shall provide timely to Party B necessary basic information and assessment information for this project within Party B’s working scope.
2.1.2 甲方一旦发现乙方在本项目的技术资料中有差错、疏漏或与本合同规定不符之处，应及时以书面方式告知乙方，乙方应据此及时进行修正。Where Party A founds that there is any mistake, omission or inconsistency with this Contract in technical data of this project of Party B, it shall notify Party B in writing and Party B shall thereafter modify the data timely in accordance with the notification.
2.1.3 甲方应根据本合同第四章“支付条款”规定完成本合同的支付工作。Party A shall make payments under this Contract according to Chapter IV “Payment” of this Contract.
2.1.4 本合同中规定的其他甲方应承担的责任。Other obligations provided in this Contract that Party A shall assume.
2.2 乙方责任：2.2 Obligations of Party B
2.2.1乙方所作的报告、提交的技术资料必须符合中国现行的国家标准、行业（专业）标准和上海现行的地方标准和要求，并积极采取国际先进标准。2.2.1 Reports made and technical data provided by Party B shall meet the requirement of existing state standard, industry (professional) standard and local standards and requirements, and shall take advanced international standards actively.
2.2.2乙方应根据本合同及其附件中的具体规定完成本项目的全部工作。2.2.2 Party B shall finish all the work of this project in accordance with the provisions of this Contract and the Appendix thereof. 同时，对质量、进度以及技术资料的完整负责，包括对中文翻译书面用词的准确性负责。Party B shall also be responsible for the quality, progress of the project, the integrity of technical data and the accuracy of terms of the Chinese version.
2.2.3本合同中规定的其他乙方应承担的责任。2.2.3 Other obligations provided in this Contract that Party B shall assume
