1.3.1.3 考核计划Checking Plan
对于技术国产化后的设备将由国外设备供货方和铁道部、业主分别按照下表规定的时间进行考核验收。

Foreign equipment supplier, the Ministry of Railways and employer will jointly check technologically locally made equipment according to the time in the following table.

1.3.1.4 保证期
保证期从国产化设备满足性能指标要求，并成功投入商业运营开始计算，期限为两年。
国外设备供货方在保证期内负责对所转让的技术及时进行更新，对存在的不足和缺陷进行补充和更正。
1.3.1.5 Term of Guarantee
The term of guarantee is two years starting when locally made equipment meets requirement of performance index and are successfully put into commercial practice. Foreign equipment supplier is responsible for timely updating transferred technology within the term of guarantee and eliminating existed weak points and demerits.
1.3.2 验收
对于技术国产化的过程，铁道部、业主将对国外设备供货方、国内技术受让企业的国产化情况进行验收。对此，将按照如下验收计划进行验收。
1.4.2 Accepting

As for the process of localization, the Ministry of Railways, employer will check and accept the localization situation of foreign equipment supplier and domestic technology transferee. Examination and accepting will be conducted according to the following table.
