6.4.1. 标本从柳州市CDC向龙潭医院的运输Transport of samples from Liuzhou CDC to Longtan Hospital.
从柳州市CDC到龙潭医院运输标本的频率为每天一次。Samples are transported from Liuzhou CDC to Longtan Hospital once every day.
    专用的手提式常温运输箱，填充物，纸盒，胶带，记号笔Special portable room temperature cabinet, filler, paper box, adhesive tape, marker pen.
6.4.1.1. 装箱方法Encasement Method
    将标本直立、整齐放置在纸盒中，将纸盒放入塑料袋中并填充适量棉花以防止标本泄漏时起到吸附的作用；确保标本直立放置，将塑料袋封口后，放入手提式常温运输箱内。Place samples in the paper box vertically and trimly, put the box into plastic bag and fill the bag with proper amount of cotton in case of sample leakage. 6.4.1.2. 运输Transportation
    2ml和10ml全血标本在常温下运输，由经过培训的人员，携带手提式常温运输箱，将全血标本从柳州市CDC运至龙潭医院实验室，标本送达后，须由专人签收，签收后的标本在室温（18-25℃）下存放并尽快进行CD4/CD8检测。2ml and 10ml whole blood samples are transported at room temperature. They are transferred by trained staff in portable room temperature cabinet from Liuzhou CDC to the laboratory of Longtan Hospital. After that, special staff should be assigned to manage handing over process. 血浆样品在低温下（温度<-80℃）保存，由经过培训的人员负责，携带装好标本的泡沫箱，乘汽车/火车在10小时内到达广西CDC艾滋病性病防制科实验室，标本送达后，须有专人签收，接收后的标本尽快存放于温度<-80℃的冰箱中低温保存。Plasma samples are preserved at low temperature (<-80℃),and carried by trained staff in foam box. It takes less than 10 hours by bus/train to arrive at the lab of AIDS and STD Prevention Department of Guangxi CDC. After that, special staff should be assigned to manage handing over process. After being handed over, samples should be preserved in fridge at less than -80℃ as soon as possible.
6.4.3. 标本从广西向北京的运输Transport of Samples from Guangxi to Beijing
标本从广西CDC运输到北京指定的实验室的目的是标本贮存转移，频率为每1-2月一次。Samples are transported from Guangxi CDC to the designated laboratory in Beijing once every 1-2 months, aiming at the transference of sample storage.
