All costs for installation, commission and sent personnel is undertaken by supplier.

售后服务及培训After-sale service and training
1.
供应商应有强大的技术实力，在买方国内要有强大的维修服务能力及对用户的技术服务能力，能及时为用户解决使用中的技术问题及维修问题。The supplier should have the strong technical power, have the strong maintenance service ability and technical service ability in domestic of purchaser. Can solve the technical and maintenance problem of use for customer in time.
2.
设备验收后，整套系统质量保证期为一年，并在保修期内及时有效免费更换零件。The quality guarantee period of complete system is 1 year after acceptance of equipment; replace the components effectively free of charge within guarantee period. 在接到用户故障信息24小时内响应，72小时内维修人员应达到用户现场。Give the response within 24 hours after received the fault message of user; the maintainer should arrive in site of user within 72 hours.
3.
终生免费技术咨询,根据需要免费提供其他的应用软件及免费软件升级。Full-life free technical consult; provide the other applications and upgrade if software free of charge according to the demand.
4.
卖方负责在用户现场进行不少于一周的免费的技术培训。The supplier is responsible for providing technical training in site of user no less than 1 week.
