4.2  功能设计Function design
4.2.1 篷房的功能设计应满足国家、行业标准及第 29 届奥组委有关规定要求。
4.2.1 The tent function design shall meet the relevant requirements of the state, industry standard and No.29th Olympic committee.
4.2.2 篷房各部位只寸应符合下列要求 :

 (3)当设置座椅时 , 两排座位之间的净距不得小于 0.45m 。

 4.2.3 篷房防火设计应符合《奥运会临时建筑搭建消防意见》及国家、北京市地方消防强制性技术标准要求。
4.2.3 The tent fire protection design shall conform to the "Fire Protection Suggestions on the Construction of Olympic Temporary Building” and the fire protection enforceable technical standard requirements of the state and Beijing.
4.3 结构设计Structure design
 4.3.1 篷房应根据工程使用功能、荷载大小及设备安装等要求进行设计。结构体系设计宜用标准化的结构体系 , 满足便于组拼、并在正常维护下能重复周转使用。
4.3.1 The tent shall be designed according to the requirements of usage functions, loading intensity and equipment installation. The design of structural system shall adopt normalized structural system, which can be convenient for group-assembling, and achieve repeated use under the maintenance.
 4.3.2 篷房应采用以概率理论为基础的极限状态设计方法 , 以分项系数设计表达式进行结构计算。
4.3.2 The tent design shall adopt the limit state design method based on probabilistic theory, and use the design expression subentry coefficient to do structural computation.
4.3.3 硬体山墙、玻璃山墙、墙面嵌板及栏杆、扶手等的水平承载力 (lm 高度处 , 底 部可降低 ) 在无特殊要求时可取 05 KN/m 。对于非公众通道等部位可适当降低 , 但不宜低 于 0.3 KN/m; 在人员特别密集拥挤部位不宜低于 1.O KN/m 。
4.3.3 The level bearing capacity of hard-style gable, glass gable, panel of wall surface and handrail, and so on (the bottom can be reduced at the height of lm) can use 0.5 KN / m if there in no special requirement. For non- public passage and so on, the level bearing capacity can be reduced, but it shall not be less than 0.3 KN / m; and at the places where are especially dense and crowded, it shall not be less than 1.0KN / m.

4.3.5 The wind loading shall meet provisions of the “Unified Design Standard for Building Structure Load", and shall take the influence of membrane material covering into consideration, when it is used for the place where the average wind velocity is greater than 28m/s, checking computation of tent stability and resistance shall be done under the local conditions. The wind resistance experimentation can be done if necessary.
4.4 稳定性及平衡性检验Verification of stability and equilibrium
4.4.1 在最不利荷载组合条件下对每种荷载及其组合进行受力极限状态分析及变形稳定性验算。验算应力和弯矩确保其不超过篷房构配件的极限承载能力或关于篷房适用性方面的规定。
4.4.1 Perform stresses limit state analysis and stability checking computation of deformation for each load and its combination, under the least conditions of combination of load. The stress and moment of checking computation shall be ensured not to exceed the limit of bearing capacity of the tent components of provisions about applicability.
4.4.2 篷房设计应进行抗倾覆 , 滑动及吊装安全计算。抗倾覆安全性、抗滑安全性验算安全系数不应低于 1.3 。如果单独依靠结构自重仍不能确保篷房安全 , 应当采取进一步的固定措施 ,如加承重物、锚栓 ( 预埋螺栓、膨胀螺栓 ) 、支撑等。
4.4.2 The tent design shall do safety calculations of overturning-resistance, sliding-resistance and hoisting. The checking computation safety coefficient of the overturning-resistance safety and sliding-resistance safety shall not be less than 1.3.If it can’t ensure the tent safety solely depending on the dead load, further fixing measures shall be taken, such as adding load bearing things, anchor bolt (pre-embedded bolt, expansion bolt), support and so on.
4.4.3 在屋面和墙面上应设置抗风支撑 , 在有支撑的单元 , 设计计算时应考虑因支撑 而产生的对于主体结构的压力。
4.4.3 Wind bracing shall be installed on the roof covering and wall surface and at the units with support; the pressure of major structure caused by the support shall be taken into consideration in the process of design calculation.
