施工准备Construction Preparation
（1）
管道安装前，参与施工的技术人员和操作工人必须认真识读设计图纸及其技术说明文件，明确设计意图，了解设计要求。Prior to installation of piping, all technical persons and workers engaged in the construction shall read the design drawings and technical description document by heart and understand the design intention and requirement.

管道技术专业工程师应参加由设计院、业主、监理单位联合组织的图纸会审，从施工操作的可行性、方便性、安全性提出意见和建议，并接受设计单位技术交底，监理单位工程监理交底，办理图纸会审手续，作为今后施工的重要依据。The piping engineer shall take part in the review on drawings jointly organized by the design institute, Owner, the supervision unit, giving comment on feasibility, convenience and safety in terms of construction operation, receiving the technical presentation by the design unit, supervision presentation by the supervision unit, handling the drawing joint review procedures, which are important basis for later construction.

施工前，会同土建施工、、建设单位，按设计图纸、管道施工规范验收土建构件、预留孔洞、预埋件、有关的沟槽，办理确认签证手续，为下一步管道的安装打下良好的基础。Prior to construction  he the piping engineer shall in conjunction with civil Contractor and construction unit check and accept civil structural members, reserved holes, pre-buried parts, trenches  and channels based on design drawings and the construction acceptance codes for piping and handle procedure on confirmation of visa to form a good basis for the next pipe work.

施工前，按管道工程的机具配置计划，优化配置好各种施工机具，做好施工机具的准备工作。Prior to construction, all construction machines and tools shall be furnished in an optimum manner and prepared as per the arrangement plan of machines and tools for pipe work.
