采用的型钢、钢板、焊接钢管及管件等材料应使用具有产品合格证、材质证书的国标产品。The materials such as section steel, steel plate, welding steel pipe and fittings to be used shall be products meeting national standard with qualification certificate and quality certificate provided.

钢管及管件的规格种类应符合设计要求，管壁内外无锈蚀、无毛刺。The specifications and types of steel pipe and fittings shall meet the design requirement without rust and burrs externally and internally. 管件无偏扣、乱扣、丝扣不全或角度不准等现象。Fittings have no slantwise, disorder and incomplete threads or misaligned angle. 管材及管件均应有出厂合格证。Piping material and fittings shall be accompanied with leaving factory qualification certificate.

无缝钢管的检查验收要查明每一批的炉批号、牌号、化学成分和试验结果，是否符合设计要求；外观检查，内外表面不得有裂缝、打叠、皱折、离层、发纹、结疤等缺陷；钢管表面如有缺陷，必须全部清除掉，并不得有超过壁厚负偏差的锈蚀、磨损、凹陷等缺陷；钢管内外表面的氧化皮也应该清理干净。Seamless steel pipe shall be checked for furnace batch number, trademark, chemical components and test result for every batch in accordance with design requirement; the internal and external surface shall be free of cracks, wrinkles, overlapping, absciss layer, vein and scar etc. The defection found on surface of steel pipe shall be totally removed and steel pipe shall not have defectives such as rust corrosion exceeding the negative deviation of thickness, wear and tear, and hollow, removed of oxidized skins on the internal and external surface. 验收时要用游标卡尺对其外形和尺寸进行检测。A vernier caliper shall be used to measure appearance and size of steel pipe.
