根据中国医学科学院艾滋病研究中心（CAMS ARC）/中国医学科学院检验医学研发中心(CAMS CCLD)/美国克林顿基金会(CF)之间于2006年12月达成的实验室能力建设项目合作协议，拟在2007年在全国举办10期“艾滋病临床检测一日培训班计划”。 According to the project cooperation protocol of laboratory capacity development signed by China Academy of Medical Sciences AIDS Research Center (CAMS ARC)/ China Academy of Medical Sciences Center of Clinical Laboratory Development (CAMS CCLD)/American Clinton Foundation (CF) in December of 2006, it is planned to hold 10 phases of “One-day Training Course of AIDS Clinical Examination” in 2007 throughout China.
现国合处（科研处，教育处）报告如下： Below is the report of Department of International Cooperation (Departments of Scientific Research and Education)

一、Firstly,
目的：Objective:
在我国艾滋病迅速扩散流行的严峻形势下，为了加强我国艾滋病的治疗工作，加强实验室在艾滋病防治工作中的能力建设，医科院艾滋病研究中心、克林顿基金会和医科院检验医学研发中心，决定对全国从事艾滋病治疗的临床医生、护士、实验室技师和其他医务管理人员进行临床实验室技术的培训，普及与艾滋病相关的临床检验知识，提高治疗机会性感染的临床检验、诊断治疗、管理的水平，从而促进艾滋病本病的治疗质量。 Under the serious situation of AIDS spreading and prevailing at a fast speed in China, in order to enhance the treatment of AIDS in China, enhance the laboratory capacity development in the prevention and treatment of AIDS, China Academy of Medical Sciences AIDS Research Center (CAMS ARC), Clinton Foundation (CF) and China Academy of Medical Sciences Center of Clinical Laboratory Development (CAMS CCLD) have decided to give training of clinical laboratory technique to the clinical doctors, nurses, laboratory technician, and other medical administrative staff who work on AIDS treatment. They also have decided to popularize the clinical examination knowledge of AIDS, enhance the level of clinical examination to treat opportunistic infection and the level of diagnosis, treatment and management in order to improve the quality of ADIS treatment.拟在2007年在全国范围举办10期培训班，共培训500名相关人员。 It is planned to hold 10 phases of training courses and train 500 relevant staff in 2007 throughout China.

二、Secondly,
培训对象：Trainee:
全国从事艾滋病治疗的临床医生、护士、实验室技师和其他医务管理人员共500人，拟分8个片，每期有若干个省参加，培训学员50名。 There are 500 clinical doctors, nurses, laboratory technician, and other medical administrative staff who work on AIDS treatment in China. It is planned to divide the country to 8 areas. In each phase, there are 50 students from several provinces to receive the training.
拟对考核合格的学员发给“中国协和医科大学”结业学分证（学分2分）。 It is planned to give the students who pass the examination the credit certificate(the credit is 2) by “Peking Union Medical College” to show that he or she has finished the course of study.

艾滋病流行概况，与艾滋病、机会性感染有关的检测方法、实验室操作、结果处理等等。 The general situation of ADIS prevalence, the test methods, laboratory operations, result processing related to ADIS and opportunistic infection.

请国合处根据上述内容，报告卫生部相关部门（国合司，疾控局，科教司，医政司），并向各省市自治区在4月30日前发出通知，以便配合工作。 The department of international cooperation should report the above to the relevant agencies of the Ministry of Health (Department of International Cooperation, Department of Disease Control, Department of Medical Science, Technology and Education, Department of Medical Administration ) and notice the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions before April 30th for their cooperation in the work.
