贵公司已通过北京奥运会临时设施服务项目投标资格预审，现诚邀贵公司参加下一阶段投标。You have passed the preliminary examination the bidding qualification for the project of Temporary Facilities and Services for the Beijing Olympic Games, and therefore are invited to participate in the next stage of the bidding competition.

一、关于工程量清单报价表中“临时看台”细目的补充说明及更正I. Supplementary description and revision for the details of Temporary Stands in the bill of quantities quotation table
(一) 招标文件第 98 页国家体育场工程量清单报价表中“临时看台”的细目,更正为：1. The revision for the details of Temporary stands in the bill of quantities quotation table for the National Stadium at page 98 of the bid invitation documents is as follows:

(二) 招标文件第 113 页国家体育馆工程量清单报价表中“临时看台”的细目全部删除 , 即本次招标国家体育馆没有临时看台项目。2. All the sub-items of the Temporary Stands in the bill of quantities quotation table for the National Gymnasium at page 113 of the bid invitation documents are completely deleted. In other words, there are no temporary stands for the National Gymnasium included in the Project for which the bid is invited.
(三) 招标文件第 116 页国家游泳中心工程量清单报价表中“临时看台”的细目 , 做如下说明：国家游泳中心的临时看台位于泳池边的平台上 , 根据比赛项目的不同 , 临时看台的数量和位置有所不同。3. Supplementary description is provided for the sub-items of the Temporary Stands in the bill of quantities quotation table for the National Aquatics Centre at page 116 of the bid invitation documents as follows: the Temporary Stands for the National Aquatics Centre shall be located on the platform by the swimming pool and adjusted in terms of number and arrangement of the seats in view of different competition items.  该临时看台应具有灵活快速转换的特点。Flexibility for swift rearrangement shall therefore be characteristic of the Temporary Stands.

Supplementary description is provided for the sub-items of the Temporary Stands in the bill of quantities quotation table for the Laoshan Velodrome at page 124 of the bid invitation documents as follows: temporary stands, covering an area of around 230m2 in total, shall be set up at the rear of the northern part of the Laoshan Velodrome.  的封问的三个房间 , 房间地面应高于最后一排看台 1.8m 以上 , 房间面向场地的墙体应采用透明墙体便于观察 , 每个房间紧贴其北面的永久建筑房间并与其有临时台阶连通。As regards the three interview rooms, the floor thereof shall be 1.8m above the last row of stands, the walls which face the competition course shall be transparent to facilitate observation, and every room shall be appressed to the permanent building north thereof and connected by staircase to the rooms in the said building.

(八) 招标文件第 166 页北京理工大学体育馆工程量清单报价表中“临时看台”的细目全部删除 , 即本次招标北京理工大学体育馆没有临时看台项目。8. All the sub-items of the Temporary Stands in the bill of quantities quotation table for the University Of Science And Technology Beijing Gymnasium at page 166 of the bid invitation documents are completely deleted. In other words, there are no temporary stands for the University Of Science And Technology Beijing Gymnasium included in the Project for which the bid is invited.
(九) 若为带桌媒体席 , 则不用考虑椅子。9. No chairs shall be taken into consideration for the seats furnished with desks for the media staff. .
(十) 在此次补充通知的光盘中 , 包含了国家体育馆、国家游泳中心、北京射击场、老山自行车馆、老山山地自行车场、北京科技大学体育馆和顺义奥林匹克水上公园等共 7 个场馆的临时看台布置图 , 供各投标人作为报价的依据。10. This supplementary notice stored in the CD-ROM contains the layout plan of the temporary stands for the 7 venues, including the National Gymnasium, National Aquatics Centre, Beijing Shooting Range CTF, Laoshan Velodrome, Laoshan Mountain Bike Course, Beijing Institute Of Technology Gymnasium and Shunyi Olympic Rowing-Canoeing Park.
