4. Starting起动
4.1 Priming引动
Do not start the pump until it has been filled with liquid and vented.泵里装满液体并流出后,才能启动泵。
In systems with hot liquids, extreme caution should be exercised when venting the pump to eliminate the risk of personal injury caused by escaping water.在高温液体系统中,排放泵中液体的时候要特别小心,避免高温液体溢出对人员造成伤害。
Booster systems and systems where the liquid level on the suction side is above the pump inlet:增压系统以及吸入侧的液面水平在泵入口之上的系统: 
1. Close the isolating valves either side of the pump.关闭泵任意一侧的隔离阀。
2. Remove the priming plug P, fig. 5. 取下引液塞 P,见图 5。
3. Slowly open the suction valve and keep it open until a steady stream of liquid runs out the prim?ing port.慢慢打开吸入阀,使其保持打开位置,直到引液口流出稳定的液流。
4. Start the pump and slowly open the discharge valve until it is fully open.起动泵,慢慢打开排放阀,直到排放阀完全打开。
Pumping from tanks and wells where the liquid level on the suction side is below the pump inlet:从吸入侧液面低于泵入口的储液箱和储液器中抽吸时:
1.Close the discharge isolating valve.关闭排放隔离阀。
2. Pour water through the priming port.经过引液口灌入液体。 Make sure that the suction pipe and pump are completely filled with liquid and vented.确保吸入口管路和泵中完全装满液体,并放气。
4.Replace the priming plug and tighten securely.放置好引液塞,并且上紧拧好。
4.2 Frequency of starts and stops起动与停止的频度
Maximum 100 starts per hour.每小时最多启动次数:100次。
5. Operation and maintenance操作和维护
If the liquid temperature exceeds +68°C, the pump must cool before any maintenance work is carried out.如果液体温度超过 +68°C,不管进行什么维护工作,首先必须将泵冷却。
Care should be taken to ensure that persons cannot come into contact with the pump during operation, e.g. by installing a guard.应非常小心,确保泵在运行期间,人员不得与之接触,例如,可以安装护板。
Under normal operating conditions, the pump does not require any maintenance.在正常工作条件下,泵不需要任何保养。

5.1 Frost protection霜冻保护
Pumps which are not being used during periods of frost should be drained to avoid damage.在结冰季节不用的泵应将液体排出,以防损坏。

Do not replace the plugs until the pump is to be used again.当泵再次使用时,再将两个塞子装回原处。

6. Fault finding chart 故障检查表
Before removing the terminal box cover and before any removal/dismantling of the pump, make sure that the electricity supply has been switched off and that it cannot be accidentally switched on.在你打开接线盒盖子及打开或拆开水泵前,应该确认是否关闭电源,并且保证它不会意外接电。

 c) c} Pump is blocked by impurities.泵被异物卡住。

 d) Suction lift is too great.吸入升程太大。

e} Leakage in suction pipe.}吸入管发生泄漏。

Foot or non-return valve is blocked.背压阀或者止回阀堵塞。

Wrong direction of rotation (three-phase).旋转方向不正确(三相)。

3. Pump runs at reduced capacity.泵处于低工作能力状态下运转。

 Pump is blocked by impurities.泵被异物卡住。

4. Pump stops during operation.运转过程中泵突然停转。

Thermal overload switch in motor or external motor protection cuts out.电机内或电机外的高温过载保护开关断开了。

7. Disposal 处理
This product or parts of it must be disposed of in an environmentally sound way:要处理的产品和零部件必须存储在适当的环境之中:
1. Use the public or private waste collection service.使用当地的公共和个人废物处理设施。
