Organizational Structure
在本项目网络集成的实施过程中，AAAAA将采用项目经理负责制。
AAAAA will adopt responsibility system of project manager during implementation of the project network integration.
项目经理是系统集成全过程所有工作的总负责人，是项目管理的总责任者，是项目动态管理的体现者，是项目生产要素合理投入和优化组合的组织者，项目经理是工程建设目标的全面体现者，对企业的效率性目标负责。
Project manager is the chief person in charge of all the work throughout system integration, the chief person responsible for project management, embodiment of dynamic project management, organizer of rational investment and optimal regrouping of productive elements of the project as well as the comprehensive embodiment of the project construction objectives, who shall be responsible for the efficiency objectives of the enterprise.
项目经理主要是协调用户单位、项目组及其他各方面关系，使之互相紧密协作与配合的桥梁和纽带。项目经理对项目管理目标的实现承担着全部责任，即承担合同责任、履行合同义务、执行合同条款、处理合同纠纷。
Project manager is mainly the bridge and bond for coordinating relations between employer’s unit, project group and other parties and bringing about close cooperation between them. Project manager shall undertake all the responsibilities for realizing project management objectives, and shall undertake   responsibilities and fulfill obligations under the contract, implement contract provisions and deal with contract disputes.
项目经理对工程的实施进行控制，是各种信息的集散中心。自下、自外而来的信息，通过各种渠道汇集到项目经理的手中；项目经理又通过指令、计划和办法，对下、对外发布信息，通过信息的集散达到控制的目的，使项目管理取得成功。
Project manager shall control project implementation, and is the collecting and distributing center of various kinds of information. Information coming from lower levels or outside the company is put together at the hand of project manager through various channels. And the project manager publishes information to lower levels and outside through directions, plans and methods to reach the purpose of controlling the project implementation through collecting and distributing information and win success in project management.

1．甲方项目组
由北京现代汽车公司项目经理和技术经理组成的甲方项目组，负责提供场地保证，协调甲方内部资源，提出甲方实施要求。
1. Project Group of Party A: Project group of Party A composed of project managers and technical managers of Beijing Hyundai Motor Company, and takes charge of providing site guarantee, coordinating internal resources of Party A and putting forth requirements for project implementation of Party A.

2．项目管理组
2．Project Management Group
由项目经理和技术专家组成，负责制定并监督项目进度，协调内部资源，协调外部甲方资源，实现项目信息的上下传递，组织项目的实施。
It is composed of project managers and technical experts, takes charge of making out and supervising project progress, coordinating internal resources and external resources of Party A, realizing transmission of project information between bottom and top levels, and organizing project implementation.
3．质量管理组
3．Quality Management Group
质量管理组按照公司质量管理理体系要求实施项目全过程的质量管理和质量监督，在本次项目中配备了一名质量管理员，同时负责项目资料的整理汇总。
Quality management group implements quality management and supervision during the whole process of project implementation according to the requirements of quality management system of the company, and one quality administrator is established for the project, who takes charge of sorting out and collecting project materials.
4．各技术小组组
4． Various Technical Groups
每个项目组由技术负责人、技术工程师组成。负责本系统的技术实施方案制定，负责各技术组的项目实施进度。
Each project group is composed of technical superintendents and technical engineers, takes charge of making out technical implementation programs and project implementation progress of each technical group.
5．商务管理组
5． Business Management Group
由专人负责项目实施过程中的软硬件设备、施工材料的定购、交货事宜，反馈订货、到货信息。
Special personnel are established for taking charge of ordering and delivering software, hardware equipment and construction materials, feeding back order and delivery information.
