5.3.1 支座、梁底螺栓、地脚螺栓和螺栓标准件防腐涂装应符合《铁路桥梁钢支座》的要求。The anti-corrosion coatings of the bearings, bolts on the beam bottom, anchor bolts and standard parts for bolts should comply with the requirements of Steel Bearings for Railway Bridges.
5.3.2 支座防尘装置应严格按照设计图纸的要求进行制造、安装。The dustproof devices of the bearings must be manufactured and installed strictly according to the requirements of design drawings.
5.4 支座组装Assembly of the bearings
5.4.1 凡待组装主要零部件必须有质检部门合格标记,外购及外协件必须附有关项目检验报告单或证明合格的证件时,方可进行组装。Major components to be assembled must have certificate markings of quality inspection authorities and purchased and outsourced parts must have test reports or certificates for related items before assembly.
5.4.2 SQMZ型双曲面铸造钢支座应在专用的平台上进行组装。SQMZ hyperboloidal cast steel bearing should be assembled on special platform.组装时支座上平和底平面不平行度不大于长边尺寸的2‰上、下支座板对称线垂直投影不重合偏差不超过±0.5mm。The nonparallelism between the top and bottom faces of the bearings must not exceed 2‰ of the long side measurement and the misalignment deviation for the vertical projection of the symmetric line of the top and bottom bearing plates must not exceed ±0.5mm.上、下支座板相对水平扭转转角度偏差水在于±0.1o。Deviation for the relative horizontal torsion angle of the top and bottom bearing plates must not exceed ±0.1o.支座各部位位置正确后预压50kN荷载,然后用临时连接板将支座接为整体。When all components of a bearing are correctly positioned a 50kN loaded is pre-applied, then the bearing will be connected to the whole piece with temporary connecting plates.
