1.适用范围:本标准适用于以新鲜乳清经脱水处理,不添加任何防腐剂之粉末状产品,可添加维生素与矿物质。1.Scope: this standard is applied to the powder product made from fresh whey, which is dehydrated and contains no antiseptic. It may contain vitamin and mineral matter.
2.用语释义2.Explanation of words:
2.1乳清:由生乳或脱脂乳经酸或凝乳酶作用,使其酪蛋白沉淀后所分离之液状物。2.1 whey: it refers to the extracted fluid from casein, which is precipitated after crude milk or skimmed milk reacting with acid or chymosin.
2.2乳清粉依其成分分为甜乳清粉、普通乳清粉及酸乳清粉。2.2according to its composition, whey powder can be divided into three kinds: sweet whey powder, ordinary whey powder and acid whey powder.
3.品质:各类乳清粉品质应符合下表之规定。3.Quality: every whey powder should be in line with the prescription in the following table.

除轻压即碎者外,不得有结块状、色泽异常、异味及夹杂物,复水后制品必须甘甜具有良好风味。It should break into pieces  with light press. In addition, it should not contain agglomerates, abnormal color or flavor, or foreign body. It must be of sweetness and flavor after it is reliquefied.

It should be in line with prescriptions of CNS 3192 (labeling of package food), and include the following items in detail.
5.1品名及商标。5.1 name and brand
5.2内容物重量主要成分及含量。5.2 weight, major composition and content
5.3添加物名称及含量。5.3 name and content of additives
5.4制造者名称及地址,如原装进口者,须标示国外制造者名称及地址。5.4 name and address of the manufacturer. Overseas manufacturer’s name and address should be contained if the product is imported.
5.5有效日期及保存期限,应以阿拉伯数字显著标明年、月、日。5.5valid time and on-shelf period, should be marked with Arab number in the form of year, month and day.
6.检验:依CNS 3440[乳品检验法-细则]之规定。6.Inspection: to be in line with the prescription of CNS 3440( inspection method for milk product-detailed rules).
