抽样操作规程 Sampling Regulation
本标准适用于原辅料、半成品（中间体）、成品及包装材料等的抽检工作管理。 The standard is applicable for sampling management of raw(auxiliary) materials, semi-products(intermediates), finished products and packing materials etc..
1、取样规则1. Sampling Rules
1.1 取样系指从一批产品中抽取一定数量的供检验或验证用的样品。 Sampling refers to the a certain number of samples taken from a batch of products for inspection or verification.
1.2 抽取的样品必须具有代表性，一次取得的样品应最少可供三次化验用量。 The sample taken shall have representativeness, and the samples taken in one time can be used for at least three laboratory tests.
1.3 取样应由质检部检验员凭请验单进行取样，取样时应先检查品名、批号、数量及包装情况等，无误后方可取样。 Sampling shall be conducted by the inspector of the quality inspection department against the inspection application sheet, and the name, batch number, quantity and package of the products shall be inspected first and sample shall not be taken until such items are confirmed to be correct.
1.4 取样用具及容器应清洁、干燥，在使用或贮藏过程中防止受潮和异物混入。 The sampling utensils and containers shall be clean and dry, and humidity and mixture of foreign objects shall be prevented during use or storage of samples.
1.5 取样时必须填写取样记录，内容应包括品名、规格、批号、数量、来源、编号、取样日期和取样人签名等。 The sampling record shall be filled out during sampling, which shall include name, specification, batch number, quantity, source, code, sampling date and signature of the sampler etc..

The total number is x, and take sample of each piece in case x is no larger than 3; Take random samples according to   for the number of samples in case x is not larger than 300; Take random samples according to   for the number of samples in case x is larger than 300.除另有规定外，一般等量混合后检验。 Unless otherwise provided for, the samples of the same quantity shall be mixed before being inspected.
2.2 包装材料 Packing Materials
包装材料按批取样，设总件数为x，当x≤3时每件取样；当x≤300时按 取样量随机取样；当x>300时，按 取样量随机取样。 Sample of the packing materials shall be taken by the batch. The total number is x, and take sample of each piece in case x is no larger than 3; Take random samples in the amount of   in case x is not larger than 300; Take random samples in the amount of   in case x is larger than 300.包装材料取样后，可不经混合，再随机取样检验。 The packing materials may not be mixed before random sampling and inspection after the samples are taken

成品检验的抽样，按照GB2828规定进行，检查水平（IL）为S-2，合格质量水平（AQL）为2.5。 Sampling for inspection of finished products shall be subject to GB2828, and the inspection level(IL) is S-2, and the qualified quality level(AQL) is 2.5.
