1. Objective
一、 目的
To offer opportunities of activities to the employees, enhance their communications and have them relaxed.
给员工提供活动机会，增加员工之间的相互了解，放松员工的身心。
2. Scope
二、范围
Applicable to all employees of Platform China.
适用于所有Platform China的员工。
3. Principle
三、原则
Activities in the company should be based on the principle of the employees’ voluntariness, and the company’s wholly or partly funding, and organized and operated by the activity team.
公司活动本着员工自愿、公司出资或部分出资的原则，由活动小组负责组织并实施。
4. Establishment and responsibilities of activity team
四、活动小组组建及职责
(1) The activity team should consist of employees recommended by each department.
1． 活动小组由各部门推举的员工组成。
(2) The activity team should be reelected in every April.
2． 活动小组每年4月换届。
(3) Members in the team should elect a director.
3． 由活动小组成员推举一名小组负责人。
(4) According to the employees’ opinions, the team should organize employees’ activities (activities within departments excluded) within the allowed scope of funds.
4． 由活动小组根据员工意见，在经费范围内组织员工活动（不含部门活动）。
5. Responsibility

五、人力资源部职责
(1) Funds for the activity team should be offered according to the company’s budget.
1． 根据公司预算提供活动小组活动经费。
(2) To offer other supports to the activity team.
2． 为活动小组提供其他支持。
(3) To collect employees’ opinions and reflect them to the activity team.
3． 搜集员工意见并反馈给活动小组。
6. Others
六、其他
(1) This activity resides in employees’ voluntary activities, so they could choose to join in or not.
1．此类活动属于员工自发性活动，员工可以自愿选择是否参加。
(2) The company will buy the employees and their families traveling insurance (outbound); and for any accidents during the activity, the insurance company that signs traveling insurance contracts and commercial insurance contracts should take on compensation.
2．公司将为员工及其家属购买旅游保险（外地旅游），活动过程中出现的意外由与公司签订旅游保险合同和商业保险合同的保险公司负责赔偿。
(3) Such activities should not take up working hours in principle.
 3．此类活动原则上不占用工作时间。
