Thank you for your reply again. If your meetings are mainly about business and comercial discusses and you will need at least 2 days of our accompaning interpretation services, our rate can be USD xxx per interpreter per day.
Extra-fee: The customer will arrange the meal of the interpreter, traffice and accommodation during the service.
Over work: If there is other interpretation need besides the normal work within the 8 hours time, the over work rate is USD xxx per hour. I will arrange a qualified English-Chinese interpreter per your requirements.
