注：翻译服务的时效性非常强，有时候客户对报价的时间非常急，回复邮件晚了半个小时就黄了。尤其是中国客户，节凑非常快，要求翻译公司的反应速度非常快。一般而言客户往往会给翻译公司预留至少24小时的报价准备时间。以下这个协议翻译报价过程就非常紧张，我们在收到询价邮件后一个小时内就发出了完整的报价，客户对价格和质量保证措施都很满意。只是客户想让我们将交稿日期提前2天，我们在收到客户的询问邮件1个小时后又给予了肯定的答复，结果还是因为答复晚了一点，客户找了其他翻译公司。
